Best neighbourhoods are
1. Schonsee it's Windermere with lower crime for smarter people. Best if you want a suburb.
2. Glenora if you want historic higher end. Better than Strathcona where crime is out of control.
3. If you want affordable and safe Hamptons.
Danke schön, Arigato. I've been considering relocating to Edmonton, I visited just to get a feel of the city. I like the affordability, which is why most live there probably..., I don't like the remoteness, the DT homelessness issue, the long winters, not many international destinations and direct flights from and to Edm Airport...
I lived in Cavanagh last year and it felt really safe, mostly families and no homeless people because its at the edge of the city. Very new neighborhood with new properties.
Suburbs? Hard pass. That is more like the suburbs for the suburbs.
@@WTFUSERNAM44live wherever you want lol. I've lived in Edmonton for 28 years, lived on all sides of the city including downtown and Southside (Cavanagh area) was by far the safest and nicest neighborhood I've been in.
1. St Albert
2. Sherwood Park
3. Fort Saskatchewan
All of ny favorites small town feel with great amenities
I bought in St. Albert, and it's honestly not great. I'll be moving to Oliver
Lool
Nice outlook
How about parkdale? Is it safe to live or buy property in that area?
Yeah I lived there. I'd say that it has a bad reputation due to its past, and it's definitely being gentrified now.
In my time living there I never had any problems. Close to the Stadium Station, stadium yards, grocery stores are nearby.
I'd say the best neighbourhood is Oliver.
It'll be even better when the Valley West line opens.
Yeah it's very convenient.
Oliver is great because it's close to downtown however the closer you are to downtown the more crime and homeless people/drug use will be around
Edmonton's best neighbourhood is far to the west -- in Vancouver.
Hey planning to buy a property in crystallina nera. Can u plz comment about that??
This is a nice safe area are you buying a new home or purchasing an older one?
@@BuyEdmontonProperty new home. Is there any way I can connect with you to know more. Would really appreciate your help 😊.

How about uplands? I purchased a precon there with a pond view & finished legal walkout bsmt
How are schools there? I have kids, thanks!
I love the uplands but like any new neighborhoods it is still lacking schools.
Imagine buying property having zero idea how the schools aree or even if there are any.
@@Frankie-tc1bh of course we knew which school is close by and checked area and read the school's reviews, they even have a brand new catholic school being built walking distance to the house. Just asking the agent here for her opinions, doesnt mean we didnt do the research before buying.
Downtown has too much drugs and homeless.
🙏🙏✅✅🇨🇦
How's Stillwater?
Are you living there ? Its a nice new newbourhood suburbs but it is owned by mattamy homes so you don't have a choice of builders like other new subdivisions like uplands. Stay tuned my next videos I'm dropping will be a tour of a show home in uplands.
@@BuyEdmontonProperty was looking at Stillwater as an option. Thank you for the input.
How about Secord and River's Edge? i got 2 kids and wondering how school busses/public transit works on those area. We're from Ontario.
Edmonton is unsafe and proud of it.
