Aaahh… I’ve had my 2017 E class for 4 years and I’m still too much of a wimp to try this….. it doesn’t help that I live in a small town in rural Queensland where the parking in the main street is …. wait for it ….. reverse ANGLE parking , which sadly MB parking pilot refuses to even try…. 😢
Tesla had hands free, self parking way before mercedes. You had to switch gears, and such which took much longer in the merc. They are trying to keep up with Tesla autopilot 1.0 suite, by adding automatic lane changing , copying Tesla again. But all new Teslas have level 5 full self driving hardware. Meaning mercedes is always playing catch up, and at best the 2017 mercedes is competing with 2014 Teslas with the old gen 1 autopilot, and that's pretty damning how fast Tesla is innovating.
Adrian Bertoli They concluded that it was the driver's fault and that autopilot prevented crashes by 40%,while all the reviews show the Mercedes system as unsafe, unbaked, and advertised as a self driving car, without any of OTA updates or fleet learning to remedy the issues such as swerving into the upcoming lane, and hard to use interface, along with drunk driving ping ponging in the lanes. Get with the times, Tesla continues to be reviewed as safer, and more advanced system, usable interface, all that even gets better overtime by OTA updates as the whole fleet learns. Go ahead name one review where the mercedes system came out on top, since everywhere you go it's the 2014 Tesla that beats the 2017 outdated horse carriage that's mercedes in every comparison.
I don't know what u read it Clearly stated on the link I said "The autopilot sensors on the Model S failed to distinguish a white tractor-trailer crossing the highway against a bright sky" So stop being so full of shit, the Mercedes got 5/5 safety too, they are the number 1 luxury car maker, where are tesla.. Mercedes have lots of reputation. And their reviews have been AMAZING.. Vehicle Virgins and online reviews have stated that. Lmao
Good work Bekky
Loved the applause 👍😀

Try again, this time with facts. Mercedes releases half baked tech, hence why they are less safe and scored lowly on all the review comparisons.

No , ur opinion, and denial of the facts. You continue to deny the facts and the conclusion of the NHTSA will continue to work against you.
Wonder where my reply went. Lol. Also Mercedes got 5/5 for safety lol
