Your negative issue with these boots happens to me with all brands. 5.11atacs, Halsted 1.5, bates, 5.11 speed 3.0 etc. It only hurts for a couple weeks and then its gone. I go through 2 pairs a year for work. We are now allowed to wear addidas and Nike type of shoes but it doesn't feel as solid as boots lol. But thank you for the review😁
I have a air of Skecher Workshire Soft toe and they are great boots. Almost worn out. 1.5 years and walk a lot at work. It did crease like you say in the same place as this boot and I'm currently looking at this boot to buy which is what brought me here. I didn't have any issues with discomfort from the crease. It does eventually permanently crease the boot though in a rather short time. Doesn't bother me either. thanx!!
It reminds me of my Galibier hiking boots made of tough leather. It was a pain breaking them in. You bear with them until they become comfortable. Not everyone wants to deal with it.
I bought these a week ago. They are not bad boots but they seem geared to wider feet. I have narrow feet so I didn’t have ankle stability. I’m on the PM so I wouldn’t had wear them all day, but if you have narrow feet and are a field guy then I don’t think this is your boot.
I work at a public grocery store and I do all the cleaning and I bought these and they’re supposed to be waterproof but I get water inside of them how can I prevent this ?

I would recommend 8 or 8.5. This toebox is a little on a wider side so 8 might work, but you still want just a bit extra space.
