Honda CRF450R Build: Engine On but Clutch Off - Need help

Fun continues with finishing the top end of our CRF 450 and putting the heart back on its frame.
All goes smooth until the end when all gets crazy: the engine cranks and starts pretty fast but the clutch won't work...
Therefore I really need your help here. Please let me know if you encountered this issue and what might be the cause for it.
