TBT: In search of the perfect wave, South African surfers Slade Prestwich, Frank Solomon and Grant 'Twiggy' Baker set out on an adventure in 2016 to Africa's most isolated country Madagascar, to map, navigate and find their own piece of blue-water paradise perfect for surfing. Starting the journey on Saint Marie Island they head off into the unknown to see what they could find.

I know two guys who surfed Madagadar in 1978. Both Australians. It was part of the Hippie trail frm bali, Thailand, Idia ( Goa) ,Madagascar, England and Europe ( South Afrca also).
