Does anyone know how to get the battery to recharge on this thing ? I'm having difficulty recharging the battery. Is there some type of secret I don't know about ?
If you perform the test in a cool environment like you are at that time, the air that blows clearly is cool, but the panorama changes when this test is performed in a completely hot environment, such as in a warehouse or outdoors with a temperature above 90 degree believe me it will be totally different
Has anyone tried this fan with a baseball cap? I saw someone mention that this could clip to the headlamp band, so maybe it can be good enough support as a combo?
You would need a clip front and back or at least to balance it out. The battery and the fan itself have some weight to them, so they might push down too hard if both were on front or both on back.
The battery pack by itself is worth $80 because when you're not using the fan, you can use it to extend the life of your headlamps. But the fan held up well. No issues so far.
My question website says for all hard hats comes with mounting hardware?? Didn't see any other hardware for different helmets..My concern only 6 hrs of life I'm outside for 10 hrs or longer..I also do construction blasting so there's alot of dust..How do they hold up in dusty areas??
So far I've only been in areas with sheetrock dust, but not in direct contact. I do wish they had some kind of removable filter to keep the fans from getting dirty over time. It does say IP54 rated: 5= Protected against dust limited ingress, no harmful deposits. 4= Protected against water splashed from all directions, limited ingress permitted. Maybe it could be wrinsed. I bought a second battery for longer days.
I forgot, it doesn't come with attachment for anything but the Klein hard hat. If you need a headlamp though, you could get one and use the strap to put it on any hardhat you like
It is a sticker from one of our GCs we work with that says we've gone through the on site safety training. They have asked that none of their logos be visible in any of my videos. Thanks for watching! 👍
Sorry for the late response. I cannot find an online retailer but you might want to check with some local parts houses such as Platt Electrical Supply or similar. They may have in stock.
I think if you have the Klien headlamp with the orange band, it has the clip that these slide onto, so I think it's possible to make it work. I'll have to try it out. Great suggestion 👍
@@jarrheadja1522 it's not bad if you can handle the weight. It lasted me 6 hours on low and 4 hours on high. I picked up an extra battery so I can change at lunch if needed. Thanks for watching!
I used it yesterday in North east ohio being 92° and it felt real cool. The battery lasts about a whole day. It is a little heavier than a normal hard hat but with the comfort of the suspension I say it was well worth the money that they ask for. It would be awesome if they made an AC version
@@mwfrost3427 that's great news! I was able to get mine to last 6 hours on low and a little over 4 hours on high. Not bad considering how much air it puts out on high. Can I use your feedback in my next video?
IM THINKING THE KLEIN HELMET BUT MILWAUKEE GOT THE SUN SHADE STOPPERS FOR THE BACK AND ALL AOUND PLEASE TELL ME IF KLEIN HAS THAT!? SOMEBODY TALK TO ME LOL
I haven't had any issues with mine. Battery still charges and functions like it did when I opened the box. The fan still runs 4-6 hours on a charge. I know there are bad reviews, but not everyone has the same experience.
There's a Japanese company that's been making cooling devices for construction workers over the years. They're kinda pricey but worth it. Everyone else is just trying to copy them with lower quality products. Google search " Tajima cooling ".
Will their be an update video on how it's holding up and performing.
Working on it now.should be by the end of the week. Thanks for asking!
@@ContractorsPOV Nice. Thanks.
Look like something I could use. And the light attachment come in handy.
The light attachment is the main reason I bought the hardhat... No more straps. But I can't wait to use the fan this summer.
can you clip on a second battery pack so it'll last an 8 hour work shift on high??
At times I use lifts or do work in t-bar ceilings, so I’m wondering how does it handle falls
The battery is pretty Rugged but I'm not sure how the fan would handle a 10' drop. Something worth testing I'm sure.

Ok so you had a chance to use it all summer, how did it hold up? Do you think it’s worth the $80?

1:42pm 28 Jan. I like it so far, but I work in a very dusty place (Zinc Company) and I was wondering if the filters would hold up.
I'm interested to see how it works out for you.
Hey if you see this how did it hold up I work inside grain bins and am concerned the dust will mess it up
what if you still want to use clip in ear muffs? cant use them use normal ones?

They should make a solar powered version
Lol
Sharing this with my dad! 🤗😍
Awesome 👍 thanks, it's pretty nice.
I have to ask why did blur out the sticker on the under side if your hard hat.

Amazon is out of stock. Do you know of any other retailers that may have them in stock? Thanks

Read the reviews on Amazon. They're garbage and don't work.
Kinda want one but not sure if it'll live up to its advertising or I may get laughed at by the other guys for looking like robocop
Can you use other brands of hard hats with this product ?

I wish I had that when I was working in I was working at Michigan sugar
Parece não ser universal para ser usado em vários capacetes, uma pena.
Next it's going to be umbrellas for your hard hat lol
You just reminded me of the movie Bruce Almighty 😂
But I can't lie I definitely am going to get one for my hard hat

To bad You Can't Wear This Offshore Tho 😪😞
Just ordered the fan and hard hat very comfy
Sweet, I'm looking forward to using mine this summer. Thanks for watching 👍
Does it actually work good ?? I mean it's a little fan but iam sure any kind of air circulation is going to be good anyway

Also it is a little fan but it's fans* there are two and each of the pieces has its own individual fan

Read reviews of this product. Waste of money and doesn't function correctly.
