Happy New Year Elin! Just wanting to thank you for the beautiful and helpful videos you consistently put out. Watching one of your videos in bed on Sunday mornings has become such a relaxing routine for me. I’m also working on slowing down and being present. Great topic! My mother always told me as a teenager, it takes just as much time to create or do a good habit that the bad one is occurring in. I have found slowing down and having a tour for devotion first thing in the morning and the last thing so important. The first and last 30 minutes help you to focus and decompress. My journey is still evolving, but wow, what a change in the last 5 years! Keep preserving

I was hoping you would upload a video this week on this topic. One question, I’m curious how you or others reading this track your intentions/strategies? I love journaling and I’m looking for a new journal for 2025. Any suggestions? I still love a traditional paperback journal with a good cup of tea! I’m going to write out my intentions and goals on the first few pages and commit to really diving in. I always start off strong in the new year, but slowly lose focus as life takes over. I’m committed to keeping track and focusing on some simple intentions to improve my overall wellbeing. Elin, thank-you so much for being such an inspiration to us all. Happy New Year! ❤
