@William Applegarth
I believe him I just don't think it's that much weight.
That what one of the most wholesome and positive interactions with community I've seen from an athlete, a great way to boost self esteem in people and encourage them to engage in health activities.
God bless you.
This guy is a genius. What a great way to promote your channel.
Most wholesome and funnest video I've watched in a while, we need more of this challenge!!!

Anyone there could have pressed way more with a few form alterations for sure. It’s kinda cringe from a meat head standpoint but I gotta remember not everyone has the same passions as myself and I’m glad to see ppl having some fun with weights
I know a lot of DYELs in the video but I liked the effort
This looks like a lot of fun. I would have loved to participate
ruclips.net/video/cRapqjV2JLw/видео.html
Cool stuff. Nice to see you get people excited about bench pressing and fitness in general.
Do you lift everyday? Every day that doesn’t end in a y 😂😂
These challenges are my favorite to watch!!😄
then you are REALLY going to like the other videos we have planned this month
@@nicksymmondsKeep them coming! I’m ready!😊
I love how Eric got back In line and raised his hand when he said who’s next
That old man was so sweet.
Congrats on 1 million views...love the challenges and as always, you are a great role model for athletes everywhere.
i’m absolutely in love with thus video concept! eric was my favorite competitor. he was too sweet and super grateful. brought a smile to my face when i saw his gratitude.
It's like an energy gum but in drink form but in gum form.

Please do a challange about straigt bar dips, each dip is 5 dollar
That would be really cool
This is such a creative idea love the vid keep it up

I love your style Nick, your so generous and give out so many bills and fun opportunities. But they have to work for it.(Your basically the Mr. Beast of the sports community)
First time i came across this channel, Nick seems like a really nice, genuine guy! I guess i’m now in the running for a pair of shoes because i’m now a follower :)

All the people in the replies how tf does him being gay correlate to him benching a lot ? 🤦🏻♂️
Hi. I'm one of your many subscribers! This such a GREAT idea! Your videos actually encourage me to try to lift more! Keep inspiring us, Nick! Peace!👋🏾👨🏾⚕️

The Editing for that last guy had me in tears 🤣🤣🤣
Why did they put the *covulses* like the dude was setting his lats he clearly knew what he was doing
ruclips.net/video/LHAtPtLASok/видео.html
Oh yeah he had solid form. They shouldn't have included the "convulses" part, made him seem dumb/crazy or something.
@@lllllllllllllllllllll1lll1
ruclips.net/video/rW9ZTIL6jyw/видео.html
Was thinking the same and wondering how this guy who lifts alot thought it was convulsing and not what it obviously was, as you said setting his lats
