Yes as I have been changing I had to release most of the people in my life, the ones who gave me negative energy, there is very few people left, so it is a very, very lonelly journey, at times I want to give up, today is one of those days, but again. I just went for a walk into nature and was able to make a shift, I am DONE with the drama, and the OLD me ! I guess perserverance and dedication to the new me, is the MOST important thing. One day at the time, I guess.
