Since you're interested in this sort of thing, I'll elaborate on my previous post bcs I didn't really go in depth... While Brutus wasn't the COMPLETE reason for the Bill of Rights, it had a significant part in it. Yates's main complaint in the essay was that the government wasn't told what it couldn't do, so it could theoretically infringe on people's rights scot-free, and that's what we fought a war to get away from, a big government infringing people's rights, and the Framers read Brutus and were sort of like "oh crap, he's got a point" (but in 1700s speak) and in order to keep the government on a leash and appeal to the Anti-Federalists (so that the Constitution would get enough support to be ratified) they wrote the Bill of Rights in order to tell the government that it couldn't infringe on people's rights.

Trump went for personal attacks (not sure why) such as attacking Kamala's father by calling him a Marxist (because he's a teacher), she has no policies (she clearly stated 3), and went for some wtf moments like Haitians moving to Springfield, Ohio and eating pets (nobody can find evidence except, "there's footage on TV, don't ask where, there is")
Kamala did in fact eat him up undeniably, laughing at Trump, addressing the audience, and no moving Mach 10 while talking unlike Trump

However, in the season finale, we see Alastor lose a big fight and Vox in a considerably better spot than he was for most of the show. Harris lost the election and, like Alastor, isn’t gone and could always come back. Trump, meanwhile, like Vox, is celebrating a personal victory.
