Hi Minseo! Your sketchbook is REALLY awesome! A lot of sketchbooks I’ve seen accepted has a lot of good looking observation drawings of random people like in your second book! However there was a lot of stylized works, things from photos, and things that looked like finished pieces rather than sketch studies (it’s good to have a few but not too many or else it’s just an art book and not a sketchbook.) This DEFINITELY has the potential to get in, but if there’s too many entries for the limited amount of spots, keep doing what you’re doing! They love movement and studies of people doing everyday things! Great job!
Wow, these were a pleasure to look through; the little frog animation at the end of the second sketchbook is so cute and clever, and I love your expressive/ loose sketching style- you can really see the confidence and skill with every line line you drew. How long did these take you to fill? Wishing you all the best with your application!
