I literally don't get how you all are claiming chilwell was mistreated . He was literally told at the start of the preseason that he was surplus to requirements. He could have lowered his wage demands and choose another club to play in. He did not do that and Fairplay to him. Get rich while you can. Also you all act like this is new in football. The treatment of Chilwell was very terrible. What Chelsea and Maresca did to him was not fair at all. The coach didn't even give him chance to prove himself

Maresca specifically said he doesn't like his type of leftback. I know some people her Maresca disciples and I like him as man and manager but he's not a chelsea level manager. Im disgusted by the way our club is being run we are a laughing stock, we can't even get a centre forward or goal keeper.
We can't get keeper but our clever owners sold Sels from Strasbourg to Nottingham forest a year ago. He made 6 saves today and have 10 clean sheet this season. Most of any goalkeeper. This is why Forest is 3 in the table and we are sliding down with Sanches.

Chelsea over paying for players & not playing them won't make a profit in a transfer market that's decreasing with the fees clubs are prepared to pay with the FFP/PSR regulations causing problems for most over the last couple of seasons where everyone is having to be alot more mindful of their financial situation overall,we aren't seeing the type of large fees on players in the recent transfer windows or the numbers of players on the move, interesting times for sure. Sry that Chilwell thingy is a bit stupid. You dont need him as a Cucurella Backup. Gusto can play there. And with Chelobah and Acheampong we have 2 players who can play as a RB. There is cover in the squad. Cucurella + Reece + Gusto + Josh + Trev + Tosin + Colwell and Fofana + Badiashile when they come back. So we have 7 fit players for the 4 spots. Which should be enough.
In regards to why we loan out Anselmino. Why we dont recall players for bench/cover like Leslay or Andrey Santos. The answer is the same. For their personal delvopment its better to play 90mins week in and week out. They need to adept to what it means pplaying each week 90mins. And sometimes maybe twice(Cup Games). The physical and mental demands are much higher. Staying focused is harder then having a 10min cameo here and there.
But i agree we are a "bit light" when it comes to the midfield. Espacialy the CDM Position. For Reece its physical not doable. KDH lacks the defensiv capabilities. Enzo cant cover enough ground and lacks too much pace/speed. Cucurella would IMO be the only option atm. So yes we should at least get a loan in for cover. I highly doubt the club would allow both Nkunku and Felix to leave this window anyways. And one of them is enough cover for Cole. Which leads to the 2nd position we have to do something. Thats a Striker. A false 9 like Cole, Felix or Nkunku will not work in the prem. And Guiu isnt reliable enough.
