Hi Joanne, this is the base recipe from the Pinch of Nom Cook Book: Serves 4 400 gms chicken breast, thinly sliced Salt and Black pepper 1 Tbspn Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbspn White wine Vinegar 1 Tbspn Dijon Mustard 400 ml stock (1 beef stock in 280 ml boiling and 1 chicken stock pot together) 1 onion, thinly sliced 250 gms Button mushrooms, thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves, crushed - i used 8 175 gms low fat cream cheese - Philadelphia or Quark, substitute with equivalent products if not available in you country of origin

One of the best dishes I've ever tasted I have made it twice and my ain't made me it and I still can't believe there is no actual cream on it zx
I made this but i added some pasta to cook in the juice and when i added the cream cheese i used the aldi fat redused garlic n herb cream cheese.
We made this for dinner this evening. It ok, a little salty, possibly the stock cubes! Great video, really helped because we didnt have recipe!!!

Try letting your food cook instead of moving it about constantly.. you damage the food as well as losing colour. Just toss the pan ever 30 seconds ...
