Had a dam in a much larger creek and it was about 10 feet thick and 7 feet top to bottom so it was cheeper to take a backhoe to move it out . Great video and looks way more fun than using a backhoe !!
I am asking because I have never shot tannerite before, and I have a beaver dam to destroy. Did you fill the bottle full of tannerite? How far back were you when you shot it? I want to do this, but don't want to get hurt or die doing it.
@alantrask6500 have you not seen what has happened to the places Californian refugees have overrun? He had logical backing to say what he said while you have an emotional response, that's why you went straight to personal insults. Couldn't think of anything real to say and he offended you so you lashed out like a child would.
The placement of that 2 liter bottle, is a directional bomb of sorts. The force of the blast will travel through the narrow neck and intensify the blast. Good job.
Get forty feet of six inch perforated Corrigated flexible drainage pipe. Place 2/3 of pipe upstream and 1/3 down stream of the dam inside the area that was excavated. Clamp down the upstream portion into the lake (stream) bed.
In NY it's illegal to wreck a beaver dam or set a trap within 15 ft of a dam or lodge. Would like to see a vid of how you make your tannerite things and how you set them off. Should also say "fire in the hole" before igniting.
I’ll admit, it’s fun seeing stuff blow up, but - is this really necessary? What, if any, damage are the beavers actually doing by putting in a dam? Would love to have an explanation…
In this particular situation the beavers built the dam to make the water deep enough to suit there needs for a den. Once they establish a home they cut down all the trees that are suitable for feed around the pond, then once they eat themselves out of an area they’ll move make another dam and do it again. So if your a land owner and don’t want your property turned into a lake and don’t want a ton of trees cut down on your property this is necessary! I fight this same problem every year all year long except it’s more of a lowland situation so when they build the dams they flood fields and woodlots that are supposed to be dry. I trap them every year and all it does is open up habitat for new beavers to move into it’s a never ending cycle.
The beaver is all over, to the left, right, up, down, stuck in the tree tops etc just like landmine explosions when you find the idiots that tried to plant a landmine.
You blew it. Not once but twice the explosion was hidden under mud and there was no after shot of the culvert showing the surprising result. I'm sure you had fun though.
If you are marking the commercial in your videos, would you please give more time so it doesn't mess up the content.. because the sorry commercial messed up the timing of the blast ..
@@TrapperJOutdoors I don't write the rules, I'm just trying to interpret them. You can get permission to remove dens, even snare on land if you have livestock. However beaver dam was always a gray area, because it could be a den and they aren't a threat to livestock.
Turns out that those dams help rebuild surrounding areas..Before you came along mother nature took care of things..Why do you care about a beaver dam in the first place..You probably hunt them in season anyway..
Man i get pissed off when a farmer ask me to trap beaver then starts removing dams before i trap. Its so much easier for me to trap with the dams.. tannerite videos are probably paying better than beaver anyway. lol
Hahaha the reverse bonus footage at the end was hilarious
Yeah for real I first thought it was the Amish coming to check out what that big noise was.
@@goldilox7938 Too funny
thought it was Ace Ventura "lets see that in instant replay"

Yep. Always cool. I think I like the little ones best.
I enjoy watching manual dam destruction but, nothing beats the bang of a little tnt!
Love the dr thunder choice for blowing the dam lol
Loved that secret trapper language. Almost had a man down.
Never gets OLD. The ending listening to you guys talk in reverse was Funny stuff.
It never gets old!👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
I would so take up the 2 liter challenge but unfortunately California doesn't like guns fun or explosions.
Please stay there while you are at it
@@davide2711 ahhh did uncle daddy teach you that?

Man, as soon as I come across a beaver dam, that’s not in town, I will be accepting this challenge 🤣
That's pretty AWESOME made me jump back when it splattered mud on camera 🤣
I hit like even b4 I watch the video when it's trapper j
My favorite time of the year, when Trapper J starts blowing shit up and trapping Beavs :)
How much tannerite does it take to fill that 2 liter?
Prolly same as 2 ltrs of feathers....
The placement of that 2 liter bottle, is a directional bomb of sorts. The force of the blast will travel through the narrow neck and intensify the blast. Good job.
Awesome video, I need to get me some of that tannerite. We thought y’all were talking Swedish during that reverse footage. Lol
Ridicoli per togliere due rami usate le bombe?

Not like last seasons dam but always enjoyable. Nothing better than big booms and water rushing.

Most people don't realize how powerful beaver is
Typical NY
In NY the property owner has to apply for a "nuisance beaver permit" online. You can then take the dam out.
In mo I have bought it a sporting goods stores
Love watching you blast these dams to kingdom come! Can't wait to see what you end up trapping there, good luck and stay safe!
Badass just like always.
Keep on keeping on
What state are you in?? And where do you get tannerite? That is the fastest way I've seen to remove a dam!!
Missouri and just google cheap tannerite
6:10
That's when they stop bullshitting and actually shoot the damn thing.
How many pounds is in a 2 liter
Around 5
Yee Yee. Never gets old!
Well if that’s not an appropriately labeled bottle of kaboom! Dr. Thunder to fix your dam problems.
Amazing every time!
2 litres = 3.5 pints approx, Job done!
Blowdup, blowdup real good!
so 3 litre bottle is proper amount
5 gallon bucket works pretty good
Dr. Thunder-
How appropriate…..
HELL YEAH BROTHER!!! THAT'S SOME AWESOME SHIT!!!
Of course it had to be a “Dr. Thunder” bottle.
#SAVGE trapper J the man’s MAN!
I wish tannerite was around when I was young
AWESOME VIDEO 👍

A 4 or 5 litre container well dug into the base would have totally done the trick.

I wouldn't recommend it but I shot a oxygen bottle from a nursing home I used to work at. Very Very dangerous. But it made a huge boom.
You blew it. Not once but twice the explosion was hidden under mud and there was no after shot of the culvert showing the surprising result. I'm sure you had fun though.
Man I wish we had beaver in New Zealand that sure looked like fun guys woo-hoo 😮😮
Trapper J done blowed that dam, to Hell!
Dr. Thunder!!!!LMAO
Some paddle tails got a bad headache after that !
im thinking about a 50 gallon plastic barrel with a metal ring lid, just for shit's and giggles
Super result thanks

Hey Trapmaster when u gunna do a lil meet up? Would love to meet u brother.
What's up how y'all doing
This is legal in Missouri? I know you can't mess with where an animal lives, assumed beaver dam was encompassed into that.
So your telling me we just let everything flood because a beaver moves on our property 😂

The last couple minutes sounds like an Amish conversation
Its weird but i can wach you do thus all day
Had to sub hopping for more videos just like this
Should have made little boats and bet on the winner 🤭
You'd get better forward facing footage if you set up a camera with some zoom (in this case 10x would be plenty) from your shooting position.
Bottle blew some shit up 😂😂
8:50 - Boom time..
Damn y'all have too much fun
Well I really thought it would have been a little bigger bang than that.
Check out my 50 pound tannerite vid
Little disappointed you didn’t get to do this to Wally over at Adler Farms 😂
