    thanks so much for the visuals and comparisons of all the tires. I think I'll do the Shinko 241's when I upgrade.

    i love the 241's but they dont seem to last at long as the 244's do but at the price of the tires i will change them more often and stay with the 241's they work great in sand mud and it cuts the water on roads.

    it was a tough choice for me but i got the vee rubber 3.0 the prices and availability is not good right now so that means high $$$

    After some time while is your mileage with the SR241's? I am thinking of getting 2.75-17 front and back.

    I don't know if you've seen the front fender lifts on Beez Deals. They're $25-$30 US before shipping.

      Think it is over $50 shipped

      Least expensive 2" lift kit on EBay in US was $78 delivered to FL., a few months ago. It's a bitch installing.....whole front end apart and rebuild. Had to use tie down straps to squeeze fender mounts into lift pieces. But no more mud stuck between tire and fender! Looks sharp too!

    Maybe there is a way to raise the front fender 1/2?

      some one does make a bracket for the front fender but is too expensive...I might make my own if I have time.

      @@DaBinChe yeah, it's a bit absurd. 90 dollars for some fender risers? It should be like 20 bucks - probably will be in a year.

      @@StephenLarrick beezdeals has them for 28-35usd before shipping. P.S. picking my bike up today!!!

      @@DaBinChe They also cause the fender to hit the horn. Those fender risers raise it by IMO too much.

      It's easy to remove little bracket and move horn up so raised fender doesn't smack it.

    Did you also notice better acceleration with smaller lighter tires?

    Is it possible to put tubeless tires on a trail 125?

    • @DaBinChe
      @DaBinChe  Год назад

      if still running a tube but tubeless tires tend to abrade tubes. If you mean to convert to tubeless then you'll need to seal off the spokes and hope the rim can hold the tubeless tire
