- No budget KRENKO, MOB BOSS Commander DECK - probably the fastest EDH deck of all time. I enjoy to play this deck so much. So many combos. Check it out - it is expensive, but totaly woth it. FUN EDH.
Please can we have a deck list, the video is an hour long, there is no place to look at all the cards
I know you said you weren’t going to be making a ton of videos moving forward but I hope you’ll make these commander deck techs when you can. Love this video and love goblins

For people saying they want a powerful Krenko deck but don’t have this kinda budget, you can make a closer to competitive Krenko deck on a lot less money than this.
Snoop and kiki jikki should be your plan A and you can use rituals to go fast. I bet a $500 version of Krenko could consistently win turn 4. I doubt my list is more than $500 and it’s gonna threaten to take out the entire table by turn 4 almost every game
Treasonous ogre and Jeska’s will are both prob more important than cards like mana vault in this deck
mind sharing a decklist? New player to MTG and want a good Krenko deck ($500-$700 budget)
Needs rituals and like lotus petal, simian s guide, treasonous ogre, imperial recruiter, gamble. Chrome mox is great if you can afford it. Maybe opal???
Rite of flame and Jeska’s will are essentials.. seething song, these are nowhere near the price of some cards that are in this deck.,
T 1: mountain, rite of flame, snoop. Pass turn.
T2: mountain. Play recruiter. Put kikki jikki on top. You win.
Use snoop to play kikki’s ability to copy snoop over and over. Make 500 snoops. Use the last snoop to copy recruiters ability to put mogg fanatic on your deck. Sac all snoops with mogg fanatic. GG’s (turn two win)
Turn one; sol ring. Turn 2. Treasonous ogre win game.
This deck can be pretty damn good and you don’t need all the super pricy stuff.
Focus on rituals and whatever good rocks you can afford.
Add the tutors. The lack of tutors is the biggest weakness of mono red. At least add the pyre of heroes, imperial recruiter, goblin engineer, and gamble.. that’s about a grand total of $20-$25 and the rituals are practically free. You don’t need the creature buff stuff like shared animosity or coat of arms (those are fun cards but if you watched this video you must be thinking of playing more competitively and those cards don’t make the cut.
I have tried basalt monolith and rings of brightheart.. it’s fine. The cards are both reasonable on their own and they make infinite mana together so that’s another thing you could do.. draw your deck with staff of domination.
You can do fun shifty loopy tricky stuff with engineer and pyre of heroes too if and if you have infinite mana you can just use it to grab staff and win.
Another cheap combo card is underworld breach. I think it’s fine but found it a little lack luster in this shell.
You can also do the old twin flame + dualcaster mage for infinite hasty dudes but you only have a couple cards that can tutor for either half but it’s a legit combo and if you run dockside extortionist (and you should) you can use twin flame as a dockside doubler or copy another etb.. so the cards aren’t dead outside the combo.
Just some tips for anyone actuslly trying to get into competitive play. Krenko is prob semi competitive if built right.
i just did the combo you mentioned without rite of flame and got a turn three win, i was banned from the table after lmao
There actually are competitions for Edh.. Krenko isn’t quite good enough. He’s close. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to brew a competitive version. He’s close. Yeah, I get him to win pretty consistently turn 4 and he can win on turn 3. If you have a perfect hand you can win turn 2 but it’s rare. You just have to cast goblin recruiter
Basically you have to get conspicuous snoop on the battle field w/out summoning sickness and have jikki jikki on top of your deck and it’s gg’s.
You use snoop to activate Kikki jikkis ability to copy snoop and then do it again and again so on until you have infinite snoops. If you used goblin recruiter to get your combo you just use one more kikki activation w a token snoop and copy recruiter to put mogg fanatic on top of your deck. That means all of your snoops can use mogg fanatic’s ability to sac for damage and you kill the table.
There are a lot of little nuances but that’s the main idea.
There are other infinite combo things you can do with Krenko but he honestly should act as something of a back up plan if you’re trying to play the deck competitively.
Krenko is a lot of fun but there are better commanders if you are trying to win with snoop lines/ kikki combos and if you just want to be a proactive mono red deck you’ll go faster, more consistently, with more resilience using Godo.
Godo wins turn 3 to 4 very consistently and has the benefits of occasional turn 1 or 2 wins and also the benefit of being able to just continue to attempt wins if your first attempt gets stopped.
Krenko is very cool and fairly powerful but I don’t think he’s exactly going to win any big commander tournaments anytime soon.
He’s good. He’s not quite competitively viable though.

Getting ideas for my Krenko deck. The lightning crafter combo doesn't work unless you have a haste enablers on field. At that point you probably have that though
Thank you for comment - actually it is not true, you do not need hase enablers, you need sacrifice engine though (play lightning crafter and champ any goblin, than play kiki-jiki, tap kiki-jiky and create haste token of Crafter, champ Kiki with this tokoen, deal 3 with haste token, sacrifice token, Kiki will return and do everything again.. No need haste ;)

Its fun to ping your opponents, and see the panic on their face. When they make moves out of desperation.
Don't want to be cocky.... but I think mine was far more expensive! Love the deck BTW!
Thank you for comment. Well, I checked it out at your channel and do not know, whether it is more expensive. You have a lot of cards the same, more foils and arts, but for example (gauntlet of might, wheel of fortune, extended art jeweled lotus in foil, goblin lackey are pretty expensive individuals). But great deck too, BTW ;)

If you have wheel already you might as well play underworld breach and like Jeska’s will and if you have it LED.. it’s a very funny way to win when you wheel thru your deck and ritual away to build a huge storm count then win with a massive army of hasty empty the warrens tokens.
You don’t wanna be trying to play a “fair” version of Krenko if you’re trying to get into competitive play. Focus on gob recruiter, moggcatcher, goblin matron, gamble, and pyre of heroes to get a combo off. You can’t be trying to win thru multiple attacks in competitive commander. It’s prob more fun but it’s not competitive. You have 3 opponents to kill and they’re all trying to win by turn 3, so..attacking with buffed up gobbos is a decent back up plan. I mean if you’re actually trying to play competitively

Try using aggravated assault. When you combo off it allows you to take everyone out same turn with combat damage.
I built a krenko deck under 100 bucks and even at that I was able to kill the entire table. I am now the target when I play that deck🤣

Thoughts on hobgoblin bandit lord? Does it make the cut and if so, what do you take out?
Hi, for me it is easy - I would cut Goblin king, because my version is an old one and it is called only Lord (it is not even a Goblin - wierd, but I am sure, that in some playgroups it would be problem, although we now, that reprints are normally goblin). So for me +1+1 and be able to shoot damage for all goblins from krenko to any target is better than having mountainwalk from nongoblin creature. Gues it could be better for everybody - it depends, wheather you play a lot against mountains.
@@magesmtg453 I agree with you. I know goblin king has been errata’d so now his type is goblin but that doesn’t really change a lot for me. Hobgoblin being a removal spell and damage to face is too good to pass up

@@natehop34 For me it is more like Battle Cry Goblin from the new set - so far it seems like the strongest goblin from the set (generate tokens, pumping the team, giving haste). It is must have in commander. And it is cheaper than Kingpin ;)
