99 and a half. They were on the 1 yard line, got a penalty, and had to move half the distance to the goal (backwards).

Since 1972 , when I first watch them win their 1st SB against Miami, I was 10 years old at the time.
My first memory of the Cowboys was watching Jackie Smith, drop a bunny in the end zone against the Steelers in 78 SB, thats how long I’ve been a fan.

My Cowboys fandom started on Week 1 of the 1978 season when they beat the Baltimore Colts 38-0 on Monday Night Football. Tony Dorsett caught a screen inside their own 10-yard line and took it to the House.
First memory was the Monday night game against the vikings when Tony Dorsett ran the 99 yard touchdown even though they lost still love that game
When I played football in highschool my favorite play was tackle eligible pass & I was good at it & I suggest cowboys try it sometimes..by the way,I've been a fan of cowboys since too tall Jones ..

I've been a Dallas Cowboys fan my entire life. The first football game that I really remember was when the Cowboys won the Super Bowl against the Miami Dolphins.
I would be in favor of the Cowboys trading some of their older stars for draft picks, but I don't think that they are going to do that.
If the Cowboys were able to make multiple trade-downs to have ten or eleven draft picks, I might double-dip at running back. Otherwise, I would de-emphasize running back entirely.
The best chance for the Cowboys to get better as a team this season is for last year's draft picks to go through the NFL puberty this summer and suddenly emerge as great players. If Mazi Smith turns into the tackle that they thought that they'd drafted, the team will get better. If Luke Schoonmaker becomes good, the team will get better. If DeMarvion Overshown recovers completely, the team will be better. If Viliami Fehoko Jr. suddenly blooms in the Mike Zimmer defense and becomes a force, the team will get better. If Asim Richards suddenly becomes a good offensive tackle, the team will be better. If Eric Scott Jr. suddenly challenges to become CB3, the team will be better. Obviously, Trevon Diggs recovering completely will make the secondary better. I don't have much hope for Deuce Vaughn to be that much better, but maybe he will. If Jalen Brooks challenges Brandin Cooks for WR2, the team will be better. If John Stephens Jr. recovers from his ACL injury and fulfills the promise he showed in that preseason game, the team could be better.
When someone talks about Prescott's arm scaring no one, the point is not just arm strength. The point is that Prescott as a quarterback and as a leader doesn't scare good teams. He racks up big statistics against bad teams, but playoff success means beating good teams. No playoff team is afraid of facing Prescott. They know that he'll choke in the big games. That's why so many fans want to trade Prescott and be rid of his expensive contracts. If he were a quarterback that teams feared in the big games, then playing the salary cap games to give him what he wants in addition to signing Lamb and Parsons would make sense. As long as he's s joke against good teams, there's no reason to play those games. I think the Joneses are doing the right thing by making clear to him that a trade would be better for him and better for the Cowboys. We can get him off the books entirely and then figure out how to win in the future without his contracts hanging over us.

Been on cowboy’s band wagon since 1970. Tom Landry and Roger Staubach were roll models , and natural leaders. They were America’s Team,so many great players . Drafted a young quarterback ( Troy ) in 1989 and only won 1 game , The rest is history. 8 super bowls 5 Championships they could have won all 8 of them, they all went down to very end. Not very many teams has that record. I’m a Cowboy fan till death, then I hope I can meet Bob Hayes and the other great Cowboys….😎

I like Dak but Jerry tried to give him a long term deal and Dak wanted the short term deal. So the hell with him, give Trey Lance a chance and if it don't work tank the season and get a better quarterback in the next year's draft class's (Shakur Sanders) see how the Dallas mavericks tank there season and they got a great pick in the draft. We will gain more money to pay our good players and add good players

I've been a Cowboys' fan since 1980 and I am NOT enjoying the Jerry Jones "Barnum & Bailey," Dak Prescott era. Miss the glory days when the Cowboys lived up to the crowing of the title "America's Team."
I say jerry needs to pick he phone up and give the vikings a call they are scrambling to get a qb and dak fits wat they need and they have 2 1st rounders this year tha they want to use to trade up for a qb
Okay, what's the plan? Draft a QB top of the first, and try to develop like the Bears? Who are moving on after drafting Fields high in 2011. I mean, they haven't won a SB since 1985 with that logic.
