Gaby step AWAY from baking 😂it’s important to always preheat the oven when baking any foods, you get uneven baking among lots of other reasons, just love your videos very entertaining great job on your vlogmas have really enjoyed ❤❤❤❤
My favourite is the Malteser in a box of Celebrations without a doubt Gaby! Wow your baking looked good I haven't baked a cake mixture in a long time. Baking is not my Forte!.

Hello Gabby Love all your vlogs Re baking just a bit of advice as I never buy boxed mixtures as they give all the wrong advice on measurements For little cakes it’s 4oz sugar 4oz marg 2 eggs and 4oz of flour beat it all up together til stiff. Then using a desert spoon fill the cases it should make 12 cakes cook for 20 to 25 mins in a pre heated oven 180 degrees Then pastry for cookies 12 oz flour and 6 oz marg make bread crumbs with fingers and then just add a liitle water at a time and make a large dry dough ball. Knead it and using a rolling pin roll out on a board and Cook for 10 mins Hope you have a lovely Christmas

It was a very good vlogmas day 21 blog today chilling out eating the celebrations sweets and chilling out doing some Christmas baking for Christmas for the Christmas vibes gaby and tim / holly and Casper aswell
Your lucky you guys still have celebrations tubs / boxes in the UK, apparently Australia isn't importing them this year, alot of us Aussies are miffed. Mars is my favourite, Don't want to offend, but gaby if your baking, have scissors for premixes bags, use a wooden spoon or scraper, use muffin trays for cupcakes, and use a sprinkle of flour for the chopping board or use baking paper for the flat baking tray , then use a tablespoon and a teaspoon for biscuits dough. No messy hands. For eggs break them in a mug,and then beat them with a fork,your cakes wont come out so dry,I know im annoying, but these tips should help you next time you bake. Perth, Australia got to 40 for Sunday, and tomorrow, ie Monday will be 42, last of the high temps for a while 🤞. 🥵👋💕🇦🇺
I don’t blame Tim for actually liking the Bounty as it’s my favourite in Celebrations alongside the Galaxy Caramel, I however do miss the Galaxy Truffle like why did they ever decide to get rid I will never know. My family always leave the Mars & Snickers as they are the most boring chocolates. Baking with Gaby was interesting to say the least…. I’m nervous to find out what the “cookies” end up looking like 🤣 but at least you did your best and you gave it a go that’s all that matters Gaby. I’m going to miss Vlogmas when it’s all over as it’s something to look forward to each day.

Agree with other comments. I do cupcakes, 4oz dairy free vitalite, 4oz slef raising flour or gluten free self raising flour, 4oz grabulated sugar, 2 large eggs, tea spoon of vanilla essence optional. Mix it up with a nice spoon not a whisk or a food processor and pop i to bun cases. For school baking in future i would put some bun tins on your christmas list along with nice spoon and spatula! ❤
I recorded three films on Saturday which are Scrooge, Jack Frost and Jane Eyre. The Scrooge one was the later version with Bill Murray, my other half decided to watch Fast and Furious 9, when i was about to settle down with Jack Frost and one of my fave films Jane Erye was aired so late in the evening i fell asleep half way through. Also it was anther re make, but it starred Dame Judy Dench so that made up for my Saturday viewings of three a day festive films. Yay!
There's not been a Galaxy Truffle in Celebrations for years and year, since 2011! I think I was a teenager when they got rid of them for a Twix... one of the worst decisions ever made in the chocolate world in my opinion! Defo bring back the truffle! - And I know Galaxy do do a truffle separately now - but it does not taste the same as the one that was in the Celebrations!
Unfortunately, the tubs (or whatever they call them nowadays!) reduce in size and selection every year. (I'm a Roses person. Seemingly impossible to get in anything other than a small upright box.) Watching Thumps on the monitor and colouring is better than watching any film!

Why are you mixing cake mix with your hands? Use a large wooden spoon or wisk.🍶
She did use a whisk.
The biscuit mix was done by hand ( rubbing in the fat) and water ( a bit too much maybe as a little sticky)
