VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
We went on an awesome walk through the jungle style forest of Tijuca on a trail to Pico da Tijuca. From the top we were able to see pretty much the whole of Rio, This was possibly the best views that we saw during the entire trip. Definitely worth going to if you like doing trails and you are visiting Rio

Hi Chris and Carol. This video just popped (on December 16, 2021) up as a recommendation. Earlier today I watched your December 16th, 2021 video "The Amazon, You Need To Visit This Place!". It was fun to see how much your video quality has improved since 2017, as well as your general comfort level whilst in front of the camera. It was very sad to see the part at the end of the video when you talk about how unsafe Rio was in 2017. I'm so happy that it's safer now.

I have a question for you: I like very much hiking and i want to go in Tjuca forest to do this route and something else, can you explain me what is the best and safe way to visit Tjuca forest? I'm Reading a lot of information about Rio on internet and i'm afraid of everhthing. Thanks for reading e sorry for my bad english.
Once your in the forest you should definitely be safe. If you want to be super safe I would go there by Uber but will be more expensive. Bus is always the cheapest really it metro and you probably won’t run into any issues

Hey Genesio, actually I was here when all hell broke lose! it was the week I returned. I have been editing all these videos from Houston so I filmed them about 3 weeks ago. I was lucky that my area didnt flood though so I was fine. Hope everything will be fine for you and your family, stay safe.
