The demonic low pitch effects as NEO really helps sell how batshit crazy he's become with the power, and his extreme frustration with the strings holding him up. I love it! Also of course the final segment with Spamton getting pissed at your full inventory got me to chuckle lol
Also I should notice that this low pitch voice is quite fitting for a mechanical forsaken god-knows-when robot (if we consider that Spamton NEO is saying by machine as any code in the disk would)

Not going to lie, the voice and effects on some words/sentences give me big Dues ex vibes, like the old school Deadalus/Icarus and Helios voices.
For some reason it feels unique compared to other interpretations, like it's from a cartoon. Pretty good job
