Hi Andy and Amy!! Omg how cool!! I love all these vintage toys!! lol, a John Travolta doll? Bee Gees puzzle? I was around back then , but was too small, I knew who they both were but I didn’t know J.T. had a doll and Bee Gees puzzle. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing event ❤❤❤ I love the Creature from Black Lagoon puzzle you brought!!
Thanks for the great video and giving the show some love. I was there as a vendor- probably my 8th year as a vendor, 15th as an attendee. Wish I saw that $10 Vincet Price game- that would ahve come home with me. It was kind of stuffy and humid on Sunday. A LOT of die cast and hot wheels vendors- seemed like a third of the vendors were car guys.
Vincent price Shrunken Head kit, I remember that as a kid, I actually own it again and actually made an Apple Shrunken head. 💪🤓 Definitely brought back good memories.
Fantastic video Andy! A lot of eye candy at that show! Definitely need to show up next year! Especially like some of the items you and Amy were selling!
You can put a high price on some of this stuff...but that doesn't mean it will sell. I'm a dealer and personally, when I do a show, I WANT to sell things. I can guarantee that most of these dealers took most of that stuff home. It takes a special collector to spend the BIG bucks. Also regarding Zorro, gorgeous stuff, but...not to be rude, but there aren't that MANY Zorro fans walking around nowadays. I assure you they probably TOOK 95% of that inventory HOME. Just saying. Good vid though...
I remember something I had growing up in the seventies. It was a model of a grave robber with a corpse that would lunge out of the grave. It was from Disney's haunted mansion. It was called the grave robber"s surprise. They don't make things like they used to.
OM f***ing God! These used to be at Toys R'Us for $2.99 ! I had the Glow in the Dark one ! And there were TONS of them lying there. NOBODY WANTED these !! 2:02. And this when on for a YEAR or more. All the windows of the boxes got punched in and handled.
I'm from the UK and I've been to the Kane County Toy Fair in Chicago, may I ask is there a Website link to this show ie dates and the address of the show please
Fabulous post,im a collector from England,i do the shows collecting sixties and seventies toys, including horror like yourself,You would love the UK shows, loads of vi tage horror,.Im planning a tour of California in a year, can you recommend the best and biggest toy a d film memorbilia shows for me to look up,Thanks again for the show, must have seen loads of stuff i would of bought,,
The guy telling the story about The Flintstones is wrong. The Flintstones’ first cartoons were not made to sell Blatz beer and Winston cigarettes. No beer was ever advertised on the show and Winston sponsored the show during the first two seasons (1960-61) thus the commercials. Fred and Barney were featured in a Busch beer cartoon in the late 60’s, but the show had already ended and the cartoon was made for viewing by Busch employees only.
2:10 Seriously - when you keep REISSUING things - as Mattel had done here - You DEVALUE the originals and you cause "collector fatigue" . The old ones no longer feel "special". STOP DOING THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TOMA TU. 👍 estos TOY SHOW son simplemente impresionante
Felicitaciones muy buenos videos 🤙🤙🤙🇨🇴

Spider-Man might need a duet buggy if there was a ton of sand to deal with, not to mention a particular villain.
It nice to see the vintage toys. Most of the videos you see are newer stuff.
Surprised you passed up on those mexican neon monsters !! Fire...
Great vid! Hope we can make it next year, if we're not still sick by then! 😂

The KISS is hot ...last leg of career performed NYC...at least for this year.
Love your vids. Best cinematography...you go slow so folks can see.
That Vincent Price Hangman rare....what they ask for it? That guy shouldn't quote HB history....he needs another Pabst..
I actually think the hangman game was pretty cheap....I think $10
What do you have evil dead wise? I have somethings I’ve been wanting to trade off
Nothing unfortunately...Love the movies but I only collect classic monster stuff. 🧛
Froggy brought me here
