    As it is trigonal bipyramidal,dzx,dyz will be of lower energy.so electron enters into either f them but not dxy.so as electron density defines g,and gxy is g perpendicular,I can predict g parallel to be greater than g perpendicular in other way.i hope u understood sir

    I have one doubt suppose if we have complex [Co(CN)5(NO2)]3-
    So major product will be dat in which CN is attached with NO2 not CN attached to ONO becoz of symbiosis as CN is soft prefers to bind with soft so my doubt is how many esr lines would be there in dis major product.
    In (CN) 5 N is attached to inactive C so we will consider 5N then what about N of NO2?????

      i have one more doubt in net examination. asking about cu+2 and cr+2 tetrahedral compound not octahedral compound then why u explaining the jhan teller distortation in octahedral compound ....???

      McConnell equation is a=Q* row.. Where a= hyper fine splitting constant.. Row= spin density.. Q= an empirical constant. The value of Q in between 2.0 to 2.5 mT.... Sir Little confusion between this equation and the equation u said..
