For all here, the house and the room which Vivekji was talking about Jim Corbett’s stay during Champawat hunt is shown in a RUclips channel called “UK ROVER” ; Video Title - “Mysterious Bungalow of Champawat Where Jim Corbett Spent Two Nights”; Go to 4 min 58sec
Itna zyada pyara video ...ek to horror angle aur dusra British age ka period..itna gripping video hai..mene poora suna shuru se end Tak..maza aa gya sach me.
The way Corbett spent his life, Walking for miles in the jungle, hopping from village to village with people terrified and in constant fear of man-eaters, looking at naked, mutilated dead bodies who once were simple ordinary people but probably were just the victims of the circumstances. Then spending nights in front of them alone in the jungle without enough sleep, food ,wet, cold, tired ever waiting for man-eaters to appear leaving him dejected and hopeless most of the time. On the top of it, constant pressure from government and expectations from villagers for being best in the job. I bet he had mental and physical strength that of gods and that's the reason why he couldn't be defeated ever. I have always been wondering how he never went insane after all this.
I am also a huge fan of Jim Corbett. The experience of seeing the moving lights in the dark night on the mountains of Nepal across river sharda...is also fascinating.
Good analysis. Few years back I saw a long documentary about Late Queen Elizabeth, may be 90 min long. May be less then 2 min it covered about her honeymoon in Kenya. I looked for Jim Corbett frame by frame in that part of the video, but he wasn't there only saw the "Machan". Felt very sad that, he was ignored because he wasn't bureaucrat or politician.
Ive stayed at a forest rest house near berinag which is also supposedly haunted, tho i didn't know it then. I did sense something very strange but since i had 5 large pegs of Chivas in me that night, it didn't matter 😄 Anyway I'm not a fan of Corbett. He was not a nice person and didn't treat indians well. That said, as a hunter he was quite skilled. Far as i heard from my grandfather who knew Corbett well, he was not an army man, rather he was with volunteer force. Its kind of like the reserves.
Vivek bhai.. Bilkul sahi logic di hai aapne.. Saarey incidents ka analyse kar ke sahi logics nikali hai.... This was the main cause of all paranormal incidents..
Amazing video and wonderful narration and great information for horror experience jim corbett peterburn aur aapke 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
its a delight to hear stories .. and Corbett stories from you. Keep it up Vivek ji. Big fan. I think I have become a BIG Jim Corbett fan because of you.
@vivekawasthi.. this is regarding Thak maneater incident. it was actually Hill Mynah bird.. which mimics human voice to the perfection. this bird had nest in the same tree under which thak meaneater killed its victim and Jim Corbett made machan to kill maneater. What happened was, there was a sambar call followed by kakad. Immediately after which tiger killed its victim under that tree and the human voice of "errrrr "made by the victim was captured by Hill Mynah. Other day same sequence happened when corbett was sitting on machan on the same tree. there was sambar call followed by kakad so this bird mimic the same voice to which corbett was confused with real human voice.
Problem lies here in point owing to the fact that Corbett sir was accquainted with nearly all denizens of jungle , hard to believe for a person who has passed all his life in forest and amongst its creatures is unaware of anything else left...he himself said that call sounded nothing like any forest creature or human , peace
I have read all his books..and I remember,in one book he mentions about a shriek he heard at night but later on he writes that he found out that because of a high velocity wind 2 branches of a particular tree were rubbing against each other and creating the shriek..what a man❤️
Sir, i am also a big fan of sir jim Corbett but ur the biggest fan 👍🏻. Sir, i liked ur all video especially about Corbett. 👌🏻👌🏻. I have visited Corbett national park just once. But after watching ur vlogs i am desperate to visit the park again. ☺️
Thanks sir aapne bahut achhi jaankari di.maine bhi jim ke kuch books padhe jisme champavat aur thak ki ghatnaon ka jikr hai jaisa aapne bataya. Lekin jo anubhav aapne sunaye wo bahot mahatvapurna hai.

Sir its all darr ka anubhav jo aapko extra cautiuos kardeta hai..zaruri nahi ye paranormal ka hi ho for example.. When we go in normal.forest, we dont feel much scare but if we know the forest we are into have tiger presence..our mind gets extra cautious and search tiger in every bush and behind tree..this is just mind and thoughts
Finding your video for the first time. Thank you for doing all the research and talking about this. I've always wondered whenever I read that story about that forest bungalow. Kenneth Anderson also talked about paranormal things in detail in his books. Would love to see more of your videos talking about the paranorma lore.
Very good analysis of sub conscious mind. The whole story is very good on psychoanalysis. Reminds me of Fraudian theories on Psychology. Great. Vande Matram. Jai Bharat

Dear all, one question - I visited Nainital an year back. I tried to search a lot for Jim Corbett's house about which I have been reading in most of his stories. The ppl also were not aware of the house. Most of the ppl of Nainital do not even know the name 'Jim Corbett'. 😳 Though I could trace the location on map, I did not find his house. Can anybody throw light on this? What happened to the dwelling house of Jim Corbett at Nainital?
Sir the sound Mr. Jim Corbett heard in the jungle which sounded like Women Screaming could have been - Spot Bellied Eagle Owl. It does sounds like a women shrieking. Some say the mating call sounds like it, some say the call when the owl sees any threat or danger sounds like this.

add to that, what a humble guy and truly one of the people. He is a shikar writer, but the way he writes people is even better.
He certainly was incredible at his job. But you went overboard with the praise.
I am also a huge fan of Jim Corbett. The experience of seeing the moving lights in the dark night on the mountains of Nepal across river sharda...is also fascinating.
I am also a good fan of Jim Corbett ,and read this incident in his book ,where he had seen it with his companions.
