- Welcome back to the Beard on a Bike Gran Canaria cycling vlogs. Today its all about the serenity climb. I've been looking forward to riding the climb since our first trip to GC a year ago, so super excited. The plan is to go full gas over 30 minutes and worry about the rest of the ride later.

Great film guy’s, I’ve been fancying a combining a family holiday with some riding in Gran Canaria for a little while now, you’ve inspired me to make it happen, where did you stay, looks perfect?
We stayed in Mas Palomas at the hotels suite and villas by Dunas. Perfectly based to get onto the best routes around GC. I’d stay again if we go for a 3rd year.

My time is 27.50, I'm also the guy who named it, back in 2010. KOM i think is in the teens.

They do wear kilts but didn’t want us to feel uncomfortable whilst on holiday

Is GC best you’ve been to? I’ve done, GC (not a lot though), Tenerife and Mallorca. All got great, but your vids making me want to do more in GC

Hey Aky, currently out here in Puerto Rico checking out the routes. Can't cycle as with my wife (she won't let me lol) but definitely out here again 'by mi sen' in December but have the compensation of Pollensa in 10 days!

Mallorca I’d deffo be looking at the light house (Cap Formentor) la famenia, Puig Major, The Orient to Bunyola Soller.
can you put up the gpx file of this route as will do it at the end of the summer but my partner will do also but want it on her garmin in case she takes longer on the climbs etc thanks
