    Thanks for the video and very comfortable crackling sound when opening the kiln. It seems that the modern type Ru ware is no longer pursuing full glaze.

    Cái khuôn đúc sứ làm bằng thạch cao ( (CaSO4.2H2O) ? Do nó có khả năng hút thấm nước , nên sau khi đổ hồ sứ vào , nơ sẽ bám một lớp mỏng lên thành khuôn , sau đó người ta đổ phần hồ còn lại đi , để khô rồi dỡ khuôn lấy ra ?
    ( Lúc đầu khi vừa nhìn thấy anh thợ đổ nước hồ vào khuôn , tôi cứ tưởng sau đó họ phải khoét , để tạo lỗ rỗng cho vật phẩm ! )

    制造业年轻人很少啊。跟我们市一样,好在有政府资金陶瓷学院支撑,输送一批人才。不然真的要断代。同样是官窑我们醴陵陶瓷一点名气也没有。

    Tại sao cái khuôn dập chữ họ phải làm bằng thạch anh ( liệu có phải thạch anh / SiO2 ? ) , nó có chịu lực gì lớn đâu ? Làm bằng nhôm ( Al )chẳng rẻ và dễ làm hơn biết bao ?

    Isn't that crackling sound not good, cooling the pots too quickly. I heard it weakens them, and they continue to get weaker and crack easily. Just curious.

    • @morningcoffeepottery5416
      @morningcoffeepottery5416 5 месяцев назад

      Yep, you are correct. Pinging means the glaze is shrinking on the outside of the pot, causing cracks. This isn't good for functional wares like mugs, plates, bowls, etc, but for decorative pieces like these, it's not as bad. Some glazes are made to do this and form crackles as part of the decoration. I generally wait until my kiln is under 120F before opening to avoid pinging on my pieces.

    How does it come out green

    • @chuitung621
      @chuitung621 6 месяцев назад

      The green comes from the Fe2+ iron in the glaze. Fe3+ ions are turn into Fe2+ when firing in a reduction atmosphere (an atmosphere that takes away oxygen)

    I see this as cheating in a way, many people will think that these have been thrown from scratch, and we know how difficult porcelain is to throw such tall pieces.They dont have the delicacy of porcelain.

      清朝以前的確世界第一,現在是被日本壓著打,諷刺的是技術學朝鮮,而朝鮮還是學中國的,日本拿著二手技術融合當地職人精神,造就出獨有的美學
