Furinas title: all the world's a stage is a William Shakespeare reference. Furinas demo was to depicte how even she is just a player on the stage watching as much as we are. The catch is all eyes on her. It's all about misdirection, illusions and how everything in fontaine isn't what it appears to be. She's main lead actress. Hope you enjoyed her though! now that you mention Seele, I just realized something
Herrscher of Reason has 2 forms
1 with long hair which is a support accompanied with a human-esque appearance that floats around
and has 1 with short hair that is a dps accompanied with an animalistic summon(deer)
Furina has 2 forms
1 with long hair which is a support accompanied with a human-esque(oceranid) appearance that floats around
and has 1 with short hair that is a dps accompanied with an animalistic summon(seahorse, crab, octopus)

I don't see any resemblance for Seele and Furina, literally the summon animal thing is so common also the hair thing too, it's a common trope to change hair when switching to another form.
If you want actual resemblance for Furina, look up Sin Mal from GGZ, she even has the two colored eyes, that's p much the closest inspiration for Furina.
