He’s silly, you put the bread AND sandwiches in the baskets because it don’t pop up.
It should be since there is something right above the power button that needs to be slid down and post completing it's task it must be coming out
In this toaster making toast is difficult but making sandwiches is too easy I would say use Bread baskets to make toast right way to make toast

I am very disappointed because the slyces don't jump so you have to turn down the toaster
what I do is load the slices of bread also in the sandwich toasting holder... this way you can just pull out the holder containing the slices..
