I traded my 2022 Supra for a 2018 RS3 3 months ago. Wasn't looking to trade but came across the RS3 at 5K miles, so I had to take the opportunity. Since then, I've gone FBO stage 2 flex fuel on the RS3 and it's a completely different animal. I'm 26 and it's my only car and I love it. As an enthusiast, with these cars, I measure them in terms of how many concessions you have to make in order to have "fun". With the Supra, this was the lack practicality with 2 seats, the horrible sound system (like laughably bad), the traction (at ~550 rwhp, it struggled to put power down), LOUD asf with catless DP and titanium exhaust. The RS3 is the perfect car for me. Does so much so well and has such a unique engine. It's almost too fast and consistent with every pull. The only thing short of a super car that will give me problems on the highway is a tuned S58. However, it doesn't have that curb appeal. Pulling up and stepping out of the Supra you feel like the main character. It just looks like nothing else on the road. The RS3 blends with regular traffic. It's an A3 with half of a huracan engine and turbo. It's the better car once you get out of the boy racer stage. But man do I miss the Supra sometimes.
@Symphoniics Stay healthy and you can be a boy racer into your 80s. I'm in my 60s and would rather pair my Supra with a Lexus that will always be ultra reliable, even well beyond when the warranty expires.
i used to drive a lot in RS3 and a bit in Lambo avantador, gallardo and huracan. RS3 sounds nothing like lambos and i was driving stage 1,2,3 of RS3 on had 600+ hp and was faster then lambos but still didnt sound nothing like em.
I went with a Supra. I would say I'm young still at 35. But I also have 2 other vehicles - a daily 2023 Outlander and Off Road rig 1999 Montero. I agree with everything you said, but I would add that looks are a big thing to me. The Audi, while it does look nice, looks like everything else on the road. There isn't anything awe inspiring about it visually. The Supra on the other hand, is a whole different level. Nothing else looks quite like it, everyone notices it, and you can't help but turn around and appreciate the looks every time you walk away.
As a former Supra and now 8V RS3 owner, well said. Since I only have space for one car, it was the more rational choice. Now at stage 2 flex fuel, the RS3 is the faster car mod for mod because of AWD and the way the 5 cylinder builds power. Sounds way better than B58 imo and it's a rarer drivetrain with the DSG. But I miss my blacked out Supra. Everyone called it the Batmobile 😩
I have a 15 Civic SI 4dr as a daily and I was looking for a weekend car. I was between a f80 m3, Supra, or 2015-18 911 carrera. The Supra might not be the fastest but it looks the best IMO and the B58 is extremely reliable. Mine makes 470WHP/550TQ
I agree with you on the looks of the rs3 or just Audi's in general. They look very subtle and don't stand out from the crowd much. But I gotta tell ya, I had a rs3 tail me on the freeway, and boy was it intimidating. That front end was so aggressive, Audi fan or not you had to respect that.

I daily drive my 2020 Supra and it makes me smile every single time I get in it. Same boat as you. Second/weekend car - Supra, Daily - RS3. I like the sound of the RS3 over Supra though, and the Quattro system is the best out there. Very hard decision between the two, as they serve 2 different purposes.
My current combo is RS3 and 991.2 S in manual. During pandemic rs3 was my one and only car and it was perfect . But yes i know what you mean by the dull experience sitting in the rs3 over time. I still cant get over the 5 cyl noises so it wont be leaving my garage anytime soon.
@@ky1ewtf before the 991.2S I had a older 2007 Cayman S manual. But just having a manual smaller car with a AWD turbo car is a great combo. Whether it's a gr86/Miata/Porsche etc.
I had a 2018 RS3, all stock. Absolutely loved it. Sounded amazing, super fast and was a true sleeper. Only thing I didn’t love was the front seat comfort, I’m a taller driver though (6’4). 4 door was a huge plus but the rear seat room was tight. Moved to an EV, but miss the soul of the 5cyl. The one car I really miss.
I just got a 2023 GR Supra 3.0 premium auto. It was the first one I’d seen in person at a dealership on the showroom floor. Didn’t even test drive it. Beautiful car. I actually get in backwards to avoid cranking my neck each time and roll in. Same when I get out, I swing both feet around and face the trunk then stand up. If you leave the windows down when you pop the trunk you can close the door without it latching back. Then lock the car with a finger on the handle or fob and hold it till the windows roll up automatically. It’s a lifestyle 😎 I try to drive it like my old Corolla mostly but it’s definitely more responsive when you gas it out. Unbelievably so at times and very exciting. 94 gas prices are no joke though so the fun is kind of relegated to when there’s work to go do 🤷🏿 which makes getting the work done even better since I get to go home in it to. A RAV4 Prime probably would have been a better choice but I’ve rarely made any of those so I figured why start now, I’m almost there!
As a stage 2 custom flex tune RS3 owner, it just does what I want when I need it to do it. It’s consistently really good and I don’t have to ever second guess it. The understated looks are a huge bonus as well. I’ve yet to be harassed by the cops whereas even with my golf r, i found it drew more attention than I wanted. Maybe that’s your thing, but I can even imagine how much cop attention the Supra would draw. I’m definitely going sleeved block full frame build sometime in the future
Supra all day. The amount of attention it gets makes you feel like you’re in a super car. It makes you feel great. The rs3 gets no attention unless you’re a car guy and you know what that car does. For me I need to keep looking back at my car after i park it and it has to feel special. The Supra checks all those boxes for me.
@@davepaturno4290 an M2/M3 are considerably more aggressive looking compared to an RS3. From the hood, fender badges, wide rear arches, quad tip exhausts, etc. From personal experience of having an M3 and M4, a lot of people do look.
@rwac07 I've see both on the road and I can tell you from my experience with my 2024 45th Anniv Supra in Mikan Blast color that my car gets far more attention, in a good way. Especially here in the southwest, Toyotas/Supras are well-respected.
@@davepaturno4290 I made no comparison to the Supra. My next car is a GR Supra that I’ll be picking up in a few weeks, I don’t doubt that it would get more. I just think it’s unfair to compare an M to an RS3 looks wise
Two tough options. I went with the 2023 A91 Supra 6MT. Every time I drive, it puts a smile on my face. Yes it's like a cockpit and race car, not as spacious as the RS3, but as a weekend drivers or fun car MKV all day
RS3, I had a 2020. The only things I didn’t like about the RS3 were for 70k at the time, no cooled seats, infotainment sucked, could have had some nicer finishez. It ran 10.80s with bolt ons and E85. One thing that was cool about the RS3 you don’t see hardly any of them. So when I would pull up, most people had no clue what it was. One thing also to add, the screen in the center on the 2020 doesn’t go down, and is in your pov. Always bothered me.
@@jonodunn2592 Well damn, IDK what was up with mine. The screen would just go off, but the screen stayed up. I sold it now, and have a GT350 so I can't do anything now LOL
When my wife and I first had kids, she had a sedan and I had a coupe and sportscar. The insurance was very reasonable because my mileage was split in half. Don't wait until your kids start driving to have fun. I never DIDN'T have a fun sportscar, even now.
I own a 2018 RS3 FBO stage 2 and I'm in love. Love the fact that you can still surprise people on how fast it really is. IROZ, Unitronic, APR, 034 all have something to offer as far as performance. The supra intrigues my curiosity. Very sexy looking car and highly customizable. In a perfect world I would own both. You cant go wrong with either IMO.
I’ve been driving big cars my whole life. I have a camper van, another van, a jeep rubicon, model X and a raptor. I finally convinced my wife to sell the raptor and get a Supra! I can’t wait, delivery is in May!! First time driving a sports car 😊.
Had a RS3 and went to a Supra.. like all points in this video, both amazing cars and i really don't think you can go wrong with either choice. I agree with what Cameron says, the RS3 loses it's scary factor once you realize how planted and in control that car is.. It's a fantastically built super rocket, confidence inspiring vehicle. I got my RS3 to around 550~ish WHP with just bolt on and tune and it never failed to make me giddy driving it.. I sold the RS3 and took about 4 years off from the car scene and decided to grab the Supra and I feel like i'm terrified when I drive it.. It kicks out the rear end so quickly.. it's a completely different type of animal and that doesn't mean it's better of a car, but for me it makes me want to learn how to drive it better and understand driving mechanics.. I'm having a "Different" type of fun and experience with the Supra. Again, if I never had the RS3, i'd probably go with the RS3 first over a Supra if I were looking at both.
Ive had my RS3 for 4 months, still love the sound I get with just midpipes. Has been an amazing daily throughout the New England winter after throwing on winter tires. My car has been stock since Ive owned it and does EVERYTHING I would want a daily to do. I will say, when compared to other cars in/around its class like an F80 M3 or M340i, the interior is lacking from a creature comfort perspective. Another point, the RS3 is still a small car - you don't get much room in the back seats, ask my buddies trying to squeeze 3 people in the back of an RS3 - LOL. Regardless, I love seeing the reactions of people when they turn around and see a tiny gray Audi sedan fly-by thinking they were going to see a Huracan. The overall experience this car gives its owner is worth every dollar IMO, but to Cams points, it's not for everyone. Has to be one of the best daily's you can buy.
i got both car and now still the supra.... Your explanation about good and bad point is very accurate but the best part is the way you explain the ''dull' factor... i felt this exact way with the RS3...
Depends what you’re after. The Supra is loved by the public, I can’t drive anywhere without getting people film me, take pics or give shout outs or thumbs ups. Nobody is blinking an eye at an RS3. Great car no doubt but boring.
As an owner of both - at high power levels too - the rs3 is the better car to me. Exhaust note, interior, awd, sound system, dsg make it better overall. The Supra though, has the exterior and turns more heads especially the non-car folks.
When you look at these cars in person, the RS3 just looks like any other car but with trash can exhaust tips. The Supra stands out, you can see its something special, you know its a sports car. The Supra is a car that you will turn back to look at when you walk away
Great video - thanks for making it as I am sort of torn between the Supra and the RS3 8Y (2022+). Interiorwise, I have 180 different opinion - the new 2023 RS3 looks great until you touch it. It feels super cheap inside compared to Supra. Both cars are in the same price range where I live and the RS3 literally feels like a Hyundai i30 inside.
RS3 For sure. I watched your video's and loved it and ended up going 034 like you did with yours.. Just installed mid pipes today and it's amazing. Also copped the same wheels you had got as I didn't want to go black wheels like everyone else. You really helped me make my decision! Thanks Cam!
@ghettolemon3993 I definitely disagree with you... but imagine getting gapped by "regular traffic" 😂 ... also the car sounds amazing.. 8V looks the best imo
I'm a Dad of 3 boys and the 4 door is my first consideration, THE END! LOL! Great video and love your channel, relatively new subscriber. God Bless from Massachusetts!
rs3 is a better only car while supra is a better 2nd car personaly i would get the supra and buy a cheapo beater for daily use like a used civic or a corrola i think the deprecication on the audi compare to the supra will deffinitly be more then the cost to run and operate a beater car.
M340i did it for me. Best of both worlds, I feel like the interior is nicer especially with Marino leather and ambient lighting. The individual San Marino blue was the icing on the cake. Properly stanced on coils and wheels and it almost has the road presence of a g80.
Yo my friend off topic but just gotta say I love your channel man great videos great vibes, moving to AZ in the next couple weeks hope to see you around or maybe even hangout sometime keep doing what you do brother, also was thinking would you do another type r on the channel the fl5? I think it would be super cool!
Man i would personally have to go RS3 but god do i love me a S58 they are so so good but i love 4 doors and Audi 5cyl engines they make orgasmic noises
Ironically, all of the reasons why you mentioned the Supra wouldn’t get as dull as quickly, are the reasons why I didn’t choose it. Having had plenty of high powered rear wheel drive cars throughout the years, I was tired of always being hyper aware of the road conditions and my traction. I ended up purchasing a TTRS for myself and an RS3 for my wife. Being able to put the power down fairly reliably on virtually any paved road when you make over 800whp and not have to think twice about it; even when it’s been raining or the roads are less than perfect-that gets addicting. Usable power when you want it is why I went the path I did.
If only 1 car then RS3. If I could have 2 then it would be Supra and another car. If I could have 3 cars then it would be RS3 for daily, a family truck/suv, and a RWD sports car.
I chose the RS3. More comfort, glorious engine, under the radar (provided you opt for a more subtle color), handles great (the 8Y handles much better than the previous generation), and four doors. I did like the Supra, but not as much room or comfort. The stick shift is a definite plus. Supra styling is problematic - from some angles, looks great, others - what the heck were they thinking? Anyway, $50K is going to get you a used, beat RS3, not a new one, so you have to be willing to spend $65-70K to realistically buy a new RS3. Great video, BTW
Im in the market right now, glad this came up. Current Audi b8 s4 6mt manual owner daily. I love the new Audis but the deal breaker is the fact that they don’t have a manual. That’s why I’m going for a supra.
I'm both an Audi guy and a Toyota guy. I think the RS3 is a much better street car, but the Supra is more enjoyable on track though as a tall guy hard to live with as a daily and can't take the family anywhere in it. Pick your poison. as a spare fun car, the Supra probably makes more sense. as a single car, the RS3 is way better. I had a tuned S3 which was 1/2 the price of either and quicker than the Supra, so......
Hello, thanks for the video! I'm almost 25 years old and I've been driving an Audi A3 8V for almost 5 years. Yes, my car is a 2.0 TDI because I'm in Europe and the price difference for the S3 back then was 10k. I made it look like a cool S3 (a fake S3), but next year I want to upgrade. I'm looking at a Supra or an RS3 8V. I'm single at my parents, i don’t think have brothers or sisters and I've always wanted a sports car (my car is my daily driver, and my dad has his own car). I love the Audi platform and I know the RS3 is something completely different compared to my current car, but the similar interior is the biggest turn-off for me. I love the look of both cars, but I really don’t know which to choose because it will be my only car/project car. Help me, please!
So you actually want to be slow? Manuals are a dead end from performance perspective. You'll never shift as fast as a DSG. Don't give me the "but driver engagement" argument it's tired.
@@idontgotagun9867Nah, I just realized that the days of the manual transmission being superior for performance are well over. Even stock for stock at DSG can hold more power in a VW application than the manual transmission can. There's literally no performance reason to select a manual transmission anymore these days.
Hmmm I would think the m240i would be the better choice over the 2. Better newer tech over the Supra, 4 wheel drive with the same drivetrain and rear seats.
you mentioned everything but LOOKS the supra just looks way better , I drive a 2020 supra tuned and I can never go back to any other car it just amazing , and the fact that its a coupe isn't that bad either cuz it means you will not be the driver in your friend group lol , either way they r both great cars you cant go wrong with either of them
I went with the RS3, just made the most sense for me personally. At the time I was looking for a fun car I could enjoy and live with everyday. No regrets, this one will stay in my garage for years to come. Respect to the Supra though, the B58 is a monster and damn is it gorgeous.
I personally bought bought a 2020 Supra used for 48k, was looking at rs3s too but only saw them around 58k. I test drove the Supra and liked it so I bought it. It’s my only car BUT I don’t use it as a daily cause I drive a work truck home so don’t really use it on the weekdays.
RS3, I wish I had waited just a couple months to finance one even tho I like my 7.5 R. The Supra is cool and that B58 is a beast but the 5 cylinders is just perfect and the 5 seats+ trunk and overall car fact is the only choice.
Kinda hard to compare them imho cause owns a sports car and the other is the ultimate daily, tho if I had to pick I'd say RS3 all around cause 5cylinder go hard and sound epic. Unfortunately no manual option with rs3 ):
question cause ive been kinda nervous to test how fast you really can be going on a turn with the supra , is it about like 70ish without the car losing control ?
I have a focus st 2013 and I’m planning to get a manual Supra. But they are very difficult to reserve in Saudi as 2024 model reservations have not opened yet. I have an F150 two cabin as well so worries like you said on the two door. But my wife keeps asking to get an automatic so she can drive it😅. I want the manual because #savethemanuals as this is probably the manual can I will own
I’m going Audi RS3. 1. It’s actually an Audi, not some Toyota badge wrapped in a completely different manufactured car. 2. AWD 3. 5cyl 4. DAZA 5. 4-doors Let’s be honest here too. The hatchback RS3 in Europe (didn’t come to the states) looks incredibly better than the sedan version we got in the states. If we had the hatch version, I would assume the popular choice would be the RS3 hands down.
I would choose the RS3 I just think handling can always be improved, the sound is immaculate so is B58 but to me a 5 pot turbo just sounds insane. Also more of a VAG guy anyway but I love BMW as well which is what the Supra is
It does get easier with age. I'm 43 and selling my s3 to build a miata for a daily. My wife has a gs350 and our son just turned 18 and drives a legacy. I'm just riding out till retirement now lol.
I was only looking at supras until I seen this video. Checked out the market. Supras a lower in price with better mileage. Couldn’t find an RS3 same year same mileage and similar price. Also, what would be the comparison on the maintenance and reliability? Don’t you think the supra wins in that regard.
Absolutely! Audis after the warranty expires can drain your cash rapidly. Supras are not Toyota - reliable, but they have been at least average in this category.
If you want a B58, for around 40k, get a 2020 M340i. The DME can still be bench unlocked. 2021 and older needs to be sent to Femto. Plus you can get RWD or AWD. I’ve had both a GTI and My current car is the M340. I was looking into an RS3, but the price and it being a daily with the infotainment kit is not that great. Also the lack of standard features for the price compared to others is not that good compared to an M340. When you tune the RS3, it sends only 50% of the factory torque to the rear.
After you tune an rs3, you should be getting a haldex controller. The controller paired with properly setup suspension and that power, you can easily push the rear out.
I currently own a 2023 Corolla SE AWD hybrid (my daily) and a 2008 Lexus ISF (summer car). I'm waiting for the car market to cool down a bit and get an RS3. The B58 is great, but it's used in a lot of BMW models. On the other hand, that sweet DAZA engine is the only 5 cylinder motor in production today, and only found in TTRS (discontinued in 2022) and RS3 in North America. So that makes it a little rare and special in my opinion. It's not that common you hear a 5 cylinder on the road. Also the AWD is a bonus when it comes to driving in snowy conditions.
"A woman needs your help with something, and the Supra just can't get the job done." I don't have a Supra, but I do have an Exige and a GT3RS in my stable, along with a GTI, an RS3 and an F250 for when I need to "get jobs done." I just want to offer a bit of life advice for aspiring young men such as yourself who are driven and motivated towards success. Do NOT waste your time doing needless favors for women, unless they are wasting their time for your benefit already. Do NOT do it in hopes that the favor might be returned some day. ONLY do it if they're ALREADY helping you out on the regular. I don't mean to take advantage and try to get more out of them than you put in. I'm just saying not to let THEM be in that position either. Many of them have no problem being like that one buddy who is always mooching or only comes around when he needs something. Certainly not all of them, but enough of them that you should look out for it and don't let it happen. New to your content and loving it! My RS3 is my latest, newest car. I agree will your assessments, but I've already got other cars that fill the need when I want a more aggressive, focused experience, so a nice sedan that can daily but still be bad-ass when I want it to was the ticket for me. Plus I like my GTI so much, and the RS3 being on the same platform kinda has some of that lovable VW feeling hidden within its driving dynamics. I have fallen in love with the Audi Virtual Cockpit dash, and the driving modes suit my tastes very well. Since I have the other cars, I think I'm going to be happy just keeping the RS3 stock. I don't need it to be a 700hp monster or to turn everyone's head...it's perfect for me like it is. It fills the roll I want it to fill.
I have a stage 2 TTRS and a Stage1 N55 M2 ( Similar cars to rs3 a supra) I would go for the Supra over the RS3 ( and my ttrs is a car il never sell and im selling my m2) this is going by the fact that you like the driving dynamics, i do find audi's 4WD proper annoying but i think it depends where you live, 4WD is very helpful but nothing beats a RWD car

Finally got a big boy job and looking to get a secondary car and had my eye on the supra but Ive never driven RWD before and my insta algorithm is filled with RWD crashes lol. Is it actually that hard to drive a supra or are people just dumb? Also would take any car suggestions as well, curious what everyone thinks.
Supra is a toy all over the place he actually said it himself and hard to drive fast obvisually?
Sleeper??? Most people know exactly what it is.
Daza is king
I’m definitely going sleeved block full frame build sometime in the future

ugliest car audi has ever produced
@daXstoRM5 some people say the rs3 is dull looking and the Supra is ugly. But yeah, ttrs isn't the best looking car.
Same here. Most people wouldn't look twice at the Audi or M2/3.
I just think it’s unfair to compare an M to an RS3 looks wise
who cares what do people look at or not? They might just think “oh what a weird looking small car?!”
As a 30-year old dad of two young kids, I gotta go with the RS3.
Would love a manual, tho.
Plus AWD is an added bonus.
I've got a 2020 RS3, the media screen on the dash in the middle does go down, by pressing the button?
Yeah mine goes down too

RS3 for sure, i'm a dad and my two boys love cars too just as much as I do. So sharing the experience with them and the wife would be awesome.
However, regarding reliability, the GR Supra, due to its collaboration with Toyota Quality engineers, has been more reliable than most Audis.
I know. But I went with civic fl5. For the balance. Over all. Love it so far.
Great comment 👍 Love the way you clearly explained what owning each car was like!
No, you can go wrong… when you go to a Supra from Rs3
I had both. Rs3 definitely is the shit but I just love the supra hands down
i got both car and now still the supra....
Supra all day long!! If you want a family wagon rs3
Rs3 is way too small for a family wagon...
RS3 all day any day forever. Way more potential. Better transmission.
RS3 All day long, i live in utah so that AWD is mandatory. But ive always wanted an audi.
Thanks Cam!
This makes me so happy! Love to hear this. Might be scheming up whats next with 034 as we speak.... :D

rs3 is a better only car while supra is a better 2nd car personaly i would get the supra and buy a cheapo beater for daily use like a used civic or a corrola i think the deprecication on the audi compare to the supra will deffinitly be more then the cost to run and operate a beater car.
That's exactly what I did when I was younger. The beater had to be reliable, so it was often a Mazda.
M340i did it for me. Best of both worlds, I feel like the interior is nicer especially with Marino leather and ambient lighting. The individual San Marino blue was the icing on the cake. Properly stanced on coils and wheels and it almost has the road presence of a g80.

M340 vs RS3
RS3 for me for sure

I'm still wondering on what planet is an RS3 $50k. Must be talking about pre-owned??
Man i would personally have to go RS3 but god do i love me a S58 they are so so good but i love 4 doors and Audi 5cyl engines they make orgasmic noises
I would pick rs3 since I already have a 2 door sport car. lol
I got neither, but got something in the middle ground of those two, I think. It's 2023 M240i Xdrive, 2 + 2. 2 doors but still practical as a daily.
Those and the m340 are actually crazy fast when tuned with bolt ons
The rs3 is like the g80 m3 younger brother
I chose the RS3. More comfort, glorious engine, under the radar (provided you opt for a more subtle color), handles great (the 8Y handles much better than the previous generation), and four doors. I did like the Supra, but not as much room or comfort. The stick shift is a definite plus. Supra styling is problematic - from some angles, looks great, others - what the heck were they thinking? Anyway, $50K is going to get you a used, beat RS3, not a new one, so you have to be willing to spend $65-70K to realistically buy a new RS3. Great video, BTW
VAG gang stand up!!! I love my MK8 GTI never gonna sell it, so tempted to just throw that RS3 motor/subframe in it at some point 😈🤣
Aren’t both of these cars closer to $60k+?
B58 always. Not to mention that the Supra's looks, clout, rwd, nimbleness, etc all make it a killer driver's car.
RS3, can’t get past the BMW Supra.
Im in the market right now, glad this came up. Current Audi b8 s4 6mt manual owner daily. I love the new Audis but the deal breaker is the fact that they don’t have a manual. That’s why I’m going for a supra.
Taking the Supra no questions asked. I enjoyed the BMW experience when I drove one for a week. 😆
The RS3 definitely sounds better. But a rwd car looks more fun to drive
TTRS is the 2 door option 5cyl
If only the rs3 came in stick
So you actually want to be slow? Manuals are a dead end from performance perspective. You'll never shift as fast as a DSG. Don't give me the "but driver engagement" argument it's tired.

Hmmm I would think the m240i would be the better choice over the 2. Better newer tech over the Supra, 4 wheel drive with the same drivetrain and rear seats.

I went with the RS3, just made the most sense for me personally. At the time I was looking for a fun car I could enjoy and live with everyday. No regrets, this one will stay in my garage for years to come.
Respect to the Supra though, the B58 is a monster and damn is it gorgeous.
RS3 all day, can’t beat that sound and all around utility!
Just got my 2023 Supra 4 months ago. Best fucking decision I have ever made. 😂
RS3, I wish I had waited just a couple months to finance one even tho I like my 7.5 R. The Supra is cool and that B58 is a beast but the 5 cylinders is just perfect and the 5 seats+ trunk and overall car fact is the only choice.
RS3 all the way. Supra is a great looking car. But with kids, the RS3 is the only option.
Kinda hard to compare them imho cause owns a sports car and the other is the ultimate daily, tho if I had to pick I'd say RS3 all around cause 5cylinder go hard and sound epic. Unfortunately no manual option with rs3 ):
When built the rs3 is stupid quick.
How would you compare your Focus RS against the Supra?
one has shifty boi, one doesn't. easy choice.
As a RS3 owner, i got bored of it real quick......... i just miss RWD.... i have my eyes on either a supra or a mustang now....
rs3 if u have 25k to drop on stock blocks
question cause ive been kinda nervous to test how fast you really can be going on a turn with the supra , is it about like 70ish without the car losing control ?
I have a focus st 2013 and I’m planning to get a manual Supra. But they are very difficult to reserve in Saudi as 2024 model reservations have not opened yet. I have an F150 two cabin as well so worries like you said on the two door. But my wife keeps asking to get an automatic so she can drive it😅. I want the manual because #savethemanuals as this is probably the manual can I will own
I’m going Audi RS3.
1. It’s actually an Audi, not some Toyota badge wrapped in a completely different manufactured car.
2. AWD
3. 5cyl
4. DAZA
5. 4-doors
Let’s be honest here too.
Also more of a VAG guy anyway but I love BMW as well which is what the Supra is
currently debating on a supra or an xdrive m340i and really cant decide
It all really depends on the space you need. Which Supra do you plan on going with 3.0?
It does get easier with age. I'm 43 and selling my s3 to build a miata for a daily. My wife has a gs350 and our son just turned 18 and drives a legacy. I'm just riding out till retirement now lol.
One of my bucket list items was a Supra, so I bought a 2024, 3 months ago and am glad I did.
@@Kujashinit’s still FWD based. Won’t handle as well as a Supra or a 340. It’s basically a Golf R with a better engine and worse infotainment.
@@connervegetable6752 sounds like a skill issue

The sound of them is amazing imo
Supra's have really grown on me. Specially with the crazy aftermarket
You should of done a ttrs vs supra.
Don't forget reliability. Make sure your Audi is covered by a warranty. Otherwise, you'll be cash poor very quickly.
@@davepaturno4290 You're right, and guess what? The search is over. I just bought one with low mileage & extended warranty. What an amazing machine 😍

2024 RS3 is a full 19s faster than the supra GR around NR. I think thats my pick.
"A woman needs your help with something, and the Supra just can't get the job done."
I don't have a Supra, but I do have an Exige and a GT3RS in my stable, along with a GTI, an RS3 and an F250 for when I need to "get jobs done." I just want to offer a bit of life advice for aspiring young men such as yourself who are driven and motivated towards success.
The TTRS lol
I have a stage 2 TTRS and a Stage1 N55 M2 ( Similar cars to rs3 a supra)
I would go for the Supra over the RS3 ( and my ttrs is a car il never sell and im selling my m2)
this is going by the fact that you like the driving dynamics, i do find audi's 4WD proper annoying but i think it depends where you live, 4WD is very helpful but nothing beats a RWD car
gotta say, the TOYOTA name kills it for me, maybe the z4 vs the RS3 would be closer, but nah, RS3 is amazing.

Is it actually that hard to drive a supra or are people just dumb? Also would take any car suggestions as well, curious what everyone thinks.
u used last gen rs3 not the current one
Supra is a toy all over the place he actually said it himself and hard to drive fast obvisually? I can`t see a single dig vid in this back to back only from the RS3 because its built to just go fast and steady. anoone wins a dragrace where the car is all over the place the is gone already long ago 😂.
RS3 has far more potential. It’s also a nicer car
