      I'm curious, what was it that had you convinced she was playing a winning game?
      The reason I ask is because, to me, her edit just screamed that there was 0 shot she was winning. Her play might have been decent, but every time she made a move, it wasn't really played up. Even the immunity win at Final Five seemed less about her than Cody in the edit. Those scenes were always through the lense of someone else's game so she didn't have much agency shown.

    they had to make Jesse the final boss so the edit for those "moves" were wonky.
    that's what's up.

    Some of these are a bit confusing as they weren’t even big moves at all. Like, Cassidy getting Ryan out literally was not a move at all that she made and that’s explained by you in this video.
    I don’t feel like it’s at all “big move that nobody cared about”. But rather something else entirely. Like, just a misconception. Because if that “big move” really *did* happen from Cassidy, a decent amount of people probably *do* care about it.

    Again… all of these are in the new school game. People are so hungry for making big moves they don’t realize that it doesn’t matter. You gotta play game of quality not quantity.

    I think placing Sami’s age on the list was a miscall. Compare Will from Millennials vs Gen X and Michael From Ghost Island.
    Both were young. One lied about their age. Michael’s big moves that failed had an impact, Will’s move was seen as “a kid trying to be treated as an adult”. Will even called Sunday out on this during a tribal council.
    19 and 22 is a huge difference. 19 is basically a teenager, and 22 is a young adult. In a game where perception is reality, it’s important for first impressions.

    The way they discredited Cassidy has always seemed so sexist to me… maybe her read wasn’t 100% correct, but she had to actively win them over for them to even consider keeping her in the first place

    • @carlasmith9093
      @carlasmith9093 Год назад +1

      She didn't win them over, though. They made the decision based on how Karla might react to them voting out Cassidy after losing James. That's not sexist, that's them seeing Karla as the player whose perspective they had to factor into their decision-making.
