Soulking is Algerian, and the Algerians speak French very easily... and most of the artists in France are of Algerian origin, such as (fianso, Algerino, pnl and others, the most famous artists in France of Algerian origin) 🇩🇿🎤
8:42 This music is taken from a famous Algerian Berber song called a vava i nova, by singer Idir who died two years ago, Soolking wants to honor him, and also shows his pride in his Berber AMAZIGH origins
But sadly, he referred to himself as "3arbi" in his song "ça fait des années" with Cheb Mami. What is even sadder is that most Algerian people deny their origins and call themselves Arabs completely ignorant to the fact that Prophet Muhammed peace and blessings be upon him has said that there will be no Paradise for the people who claim to be from another father than their father or another people than their people. They will tell you that "speaking Arabic" makes you an Arab and all other non sense but no matter the language you speak it doesn't change your blood nor your ethnicity nor what you should be called. If it wasn't the case, they wouldn't have tried to stop Amazighs in Kabylia from speaking the Amazigh language by Jailing them, beating them and God knows what else.
Here I got you the translation of the lyrics. It's a really deep song, one he wrote during an Algerian Revolution a few years ago where literally all the people (including the police and the army) protested against a corrupted government. Lyrics: " Apparently power can be bought, freedom, that’s all we’re left with If the scenario repeats itself, we’ll be the actors of peace So fake, your speeches are so fake Yeah, so fake, that we end up getting used to them But it’s over now, the cup is full They’re screaming downstairs, can you hear their voices ? The voices of all those families that are full of sorrow The voices that are praying for a better future Forgive me for existing, forgive my feelings And if I ever say that I’m happy with you, then I’ll be lying Forgive me for existing, forgive my feelings Give me back my freedom, I’m asking you kindly Freedom, freedom, freedom It starts in our hearts Freedom, freedom, freedom It doesn’t scare us Freedom, freedom, freedom It starts in our hearts Freedom, freedom, freedom It doesn’t scare us They thought we were dead, they were like “good riddance” They thought that we were afraid of this dark past There’s no one left, nothing but photos, nothing but lies Nothing but thoughts that haunt us, that’s it, take me over there Yeah, there’s no one left, over there, there’s only the people Che Guevara, Matoub, take me over there I’m writing this during the night for a better morning Yeah, I’m writing in order to believe, destiny is uncertain Yeah, I’m writing because we are, we are hand in hand I’m writing because we are the golden generation Freedom, freedom, freedom It starts in our hearts Freedom, freedom, freedom It doesn’t scare us Freedom, freedom, freedom It starts in our hearts Freedom, freedom, freedom It doesn’t scare us "

Hi Leah: Are you in the UK? I am from Soolking's country. Simple words but full of emotions. It is an expression on behalf of millions of Algerians who had had enough under the previous corrupt regime. So in essence the people were subjected to one of the most corrupt governors on Earth. Otherwise how can we understand that a country - Algeria - that is country #20 in natural beauty, and among the richest countries on the planet in terms of resources and yet people and the masses have been denied expression and prevented from excelling because of the lack of vision and sincere plan to lift the country from its misery. Things are changing now a bit and moving forward with some sense; however, the question is: is it too late in an age where many nations on earth are gearing up to live on different planets: Mars, etc...Wishing my country and its people.
Note: Ouled El Bahdja is an Algerian group, their name means “sons of the joy”, with “the joy” being another name for the Algerian capital Algiers. 1st verse (Soolking) : Apparently power can be bought, freedom, that’s all we’re left with If the scenario repeats itself, we’ll be the actors of peace So fake, your speeches are so fake Yeah, so fake, that we end up getting used to them But it’s over now, the cup is full They’re screaming downstairs, can you hear their voices ? Algerians can speak french because Algeria was colonized by France from 1830 till 1962 and the song "la liberté" which means freedom it's about Algerian people who rose up against the corrupt authority by carrying out a peaceful movement that lasted throughout 2019, and at the end he added the music of the algerian song "a vava inouva" of the singer "Idir" which has passed away in 2020.
Solking merged in the last section of this song with an old Algerian Berber song called inouvaPlease make a video about it because it's cool and thenx ❤️❤️❣️
the part of the song at the end is called a vava inova and it is a popular Algerian song based of a legend or should i call it "a story the old algerians used to tell their kids at the end of the day to help them sleep if u google it im sure you'lll find the whole story
Leah, a special request honoring all of those affected by the current situation, War and Peace performed in Kiev, Ukraine by Dimash. He is considered an Ambassador of Peace, please ❤️
It seems that power can be bought, freedom, that's all we have left the same scenario repeats itself, we will be actors of peace So wrong, your speeches are so wrong Yeah, so fake, we got used to it But it's over, the glass is full Down below they're screaming, do you hear their voices The voice of these families, full of sorrow The voice that prays for a better fate Excuse me for existing, excuse my feelings And if I say I'm happy with you, I'm lying Excuse me for existing, excuse my feelings Give me back my freedom, I ask you nicely freedom, freedom Freedom is first in our hearts freedom, freedom We are not afraid of freedom freedom, freedom Freedom is first in our hearts freedom, freedom We are not afraid of freedom They thought we were dead, they said "good riddance" They thought we were afraid of this all black past There's no one left, only pictures, lies Only thoughts that gnaw at us, it's ok, take me there Yes, there is no longer anyone there, there are only the people Che Guevara, Matoub, take me there I write this one evening for a new morning Yes, I write to believe it, the future is uncertain Yes, I write because we are, we are hand in hand Me, I write because we are the golden generation freedom, freedom Freedom is first in our hearts freedom, freedom We are not afraid of freedom freedom, freedom Freedom is first in our hearts freedom, freedom We are not afraid of freedom Free whom she is hostage, free thé misericord one. There is a defect in judiciary Free those who are hostages, we, that's all we have We only have freedom And we are the affliction, oh government, and this fire will not be extinguished. This is our message, our ultima verba Soolking w Ouled El Bahdja freedom, freedom Freedom is first in our hearts freedom, freedom We are not afraid of freedom freedom, freedom Freedom is first in our hearts freedom, freedom We are not afraid of freedom

We want you to react on the original version of : la liberté song of Soolking and it exist with English lyrics too ... People here waiting for your reaction .
in fact there is translation for those songs just tape "soolking _liberté -english lyrics"
Yes I am in the UK 🥰
@@LeahReuben I am in beautiful Somerset, UK. Regards
If you haven’t noticed it by now, all lyrics are in French. Most people in Algerian are bilingual.
I wish I was 😭 I’m trying to learn french but it is not easy
@@LeahReuben I agree, French is very difficult.
This not the original video.this is live song tv shows I think
And thank you for your reaction ♥️🇩🇿
Note: Ouled El Bahdja is an Algerian group, their name means “sons of the joy”, with “the joy” being another name for the Algerian capital Algiers.
1st verse (Soolking) :
Apparently power can be bought, freedom, that’s all we’re left with
If the scenario repeats itself, we’ll be the actors of peace
So fake, your speeches are so fake
Yeah, so fake, that we end up getting used to them
But it’s over now, the cup is full
They’re screaming downstairs, can you hear their voices ?
The voices of all those families that are full of sorrow
The voices that are praying for a better future
Forgive me for existing, forgive my feelings
And if I ever say that I’m happy with you, then I’ll be lying
Forgive me for existing, forgive my feelings
Give me back my freedom, I’m asking you kindly
Pre chorus (Soolking) :
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It starts in our hearts
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It doesn’t scare us
Chorus (Soolking & Ouled El Bahdja) :
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It starts in our hearts
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It doesn’t scare us
2nd verse (Soolking) :
They thought we were dead, they were like “good riddance”
They thought that we were afraid of this dark past
There’s no one left, nothing but photos, nothing but lies
Nothing but thoughts that haunt us, that’s it, take me over there
Yeah, there’s no one left, over there, there’s only the people
Che Guevara, Matoub, take me over there
I’m writing this during the night for a better morning
Yeah, I’m writing in order to believe, destiny is uncertain
Yeah, I’m writing because we are, we are hand in hand
I’m writing because we are the golden generation
Pre chorus (Soolking) :
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It starts in our hearts
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It doesn’t scare us
Chorus (Soolking & Ouled El Bahdja) :
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It starts in our hearts
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It doesn’t scare us
3rd verse (Ouled El Bahdja & Soolking) :
Free the one who’s in hostage, free the deceased, there’s a defect within judiciary
Free all those that are taken hostage, that’s all we have
All we have is freedom
And we are the affliction ourselves, oh government, this fire won’t burn out
This is our message, our last words
Soolking and Ouled El Bahdja
Pre chorus (Soolking) :
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It starts in our hearts
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It doesn’t scare us
Chorus (Soolking & Ouled El Bahdja) :
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It starts in our hearts
Freedom, freedom, freedom
It doesn’t scare us
Soolking - Liberté, english lyrics
Algerians can speak french because Algeria was colonized by France from 1830 till 1962 and the song "la liberté" which means freedom it's about Algerian people who rose up against the corrupt authority by carrying out a peaceful movement that lasted throughout 2019, and at the end he added the music of the algerian song "a vava inouva" of the singer "Idir" which has passed away in 2020.

It seems that power can be bought, freedom, that's all we have left
the same scenario repeats itself, we will be actors of peace
So wrong, your speeches are so wrong
Yeah, so fake, we got used to it
But it's over, the glass is full
Down below they're screaming, do you hear their voices
The voice of these families, full of sorrow
The voice that prays for a better fate
Excuse me for existing, excuse my feelings
And if I say I'm happy with you, I'm lying
Excuse me for existing, excuse my feelings
Give me back my freedom, I ask you nicely
freedom, freedom
Freedom is first in our hearts
freedom, freedom
We are not afraid of freedom
freedom, freedom
Freedom is first in our hearts
freedom, freedom
We are not afraid of freedom
They thought we were dead, they said "good riddance"
They thought we were afraid of this all black past
There's no one left, only pictures, lies
Only thoughts that gnaw at us, it's ok, take me there
Yes, there is no longer anyone there, there are only the people
Che Guevara, Matoub, take me there
I write this one evening for a new morning
Yes, I write to believe it, the future is uncertain
Yes, I write because we are, we are hand in hand
Me, I write because we are the golden generation
freedom, freedom
Freedom is first in our hearts
freedom, freedom
We are not afraid of freedom
freedom, freedom
Freedom is first in our hearts
freedom, freedom
We are not afraid of freedom
Free whom she is hostage, free thé misericord one. There is a defect in judiciary
Free those who are hostages, we, that's all we have
We only have freedom
And we are the affliction, oh government, and this fire will not be extinguished.
