I think the issue may have been she had Kenny lay down? Laying down lowers your heart rate a lot versus sitting or standing

Each year, production never fails in making me(and others) believe that the Heart-Rate Challenge isn't rigged. Kaylor going first, allowed for the heart rates to be raised out of anticipation of the start of the challenge. Also, from what I've heard, sometimes this challenge can last for hours, so Jana going last, couldn't really raise their heart rates any higher than they were.
S/O to the scientific breakdown - your theory makes perfect sense. I was just going with production decided to do whatever they felt like.

I feel like the order people go out is significant in how much they raise hearts. Like whoever’s first has an advantage because of the nervousness and anticipation, kassy had an advantage bc of the “wtf, we didn’t expect her to come in”, and going last puts you at a disadvantage because people are sort of used to the antics at that point

This heart rate challenge was EVERTHING. I’ve always said the heart rate challenge from LI Games was the best one and I think this one was tied with it. I was actually screaming out loud. Everyone really did their big one like I had such a good time this episode

I’m so confused on why they brought Kassy this late into the show. We know they are going to vote Kaylor and Aaron. So who is Kassy supposed to explore with? Maybe Miguel, but he won’t be dumb enough to lose the connection with Leah this late. This was a big fumble on the producers on an otherwise perfect season.
She's gonna end up choosing Rob. The producers don't want him to go anywhere.

This season focused more on drama than love, but since the couples don’t usually last from the show anyway it is what it is, very entertaining season.

Heart race rising could be due to many things: excitment, shock, fear, and desire. So Kordell getting the most pulses rising doesn't mean these girls want to sleep with him the most, he was just most exciting, so this challenge is always misleading.

I think there really might be something we're all missing that the producers aren't showing. First we've had JaNa now mention to Leah twice that the whole villa sees that there's something between her and Rob. They keep showing Rob making stank faces when he sees Miguel and Leah kissing or being affectionate. Then today Leah says she sees him looking at her sometimes. He says her dance was his favorite in the confessional. Aaron tells Rob that Rob and Leah were made for each other after her dance (and he was Leah's biggest hater) and then Rob's heart rate rose the most for Leah. It just seems like a lot of wasted effort by the producers if he gets sent home tomorrow. It almost seems like Rob gets saved. Kassy chooses miguel to couple up with and Rob saves Leah in a recoupling and then Daniela gets dumped. That way the producers would have their full circle storyline for Rob and Leah.
Yeah obviously rob still likes leah, he is just in denial or suppressing it, and the funny thing is leah did nothing to rob just sit on his lap and thermometer his mouth compare to other girls dancing on rob like super but in the end his heart race for leah only😅 it says a lot and it seems miguel did not like it he seems sad and hurt, have you seen miguel reaction when maura said his heart rate was kassy he is not that happy and he keeps on looking at leah..
And the boys were cheering for rob even kenny slap his thigh, aaron,kendall,kordell was so happy for rob, and even harrison said "he still hots for you" talking to leah
I absolutely agree. I just truly hope she stays with Miguel. Because I feel like they are more compatible than rob. She deserves so much more than Robs wishy washy ways. I think as a snake wrangler or whatever his occupation is.... he's a snake. I know Miguel is good for her.

You need to be on the After Sun Show. This is probably one of my favorite seasons! Of all seasons, I loved how real they are with their feelings. As much as I love Serena, but she was a slow onion with Kordell. He needed to explore with someone who was 100% with him. I am low key curious what Aaron said to Rob after leah performance. As much as Leah can be cringy, I'm truly rooting for her and Miguel. The after sun show, can truly show how much they are so compatible. I hope Cassy doesn't mess up what they have. I love of how forgiving Kaylor was with Aaron, but clearly Aaron and Kaylor are going to be saved because they do have the strongest connection, but you never know. Always, truly love your commentary . I would love to see your insight of The Challenge. One of my favorite show.

Rob, breaking with Daniela before this vote, it was literally his way of saying vote me out of the island, unless he gets back with Leah. After all, his heart rate went up for her. Even If Leah still likes him, which I think she still does, clearly she also likes Miguel, is at a very good place with him and wouldn’t risk it. Miguel, might be Miguel but he does not deserve that either.
