It looked very dry there and the crops thin. The farmers must be concerned about weeds. What would they be trying to control and I understand how funneling the chaff to the center of the windrows works but could you explain how the seed destructors work. Thanks.
The destructors are like little hammer mills grinding up the weed seeds. Farmers in WA have gone from having a problem with weeds, but with the destructors, the issue is much easier to beat with chemicals. Soaks a lot of HP on the header.

Those harvestors (or combines as we call them in this part of the world....Ireland) are harvesting at enormous speeds!!

Be good if you put in description wwhy the comunity had to come togher was it a acident or header fire ?
