THANK YOU! 🤩 You provided such a perfect window into expat life in DF/CDMX! 🇲🇽 Thank you for showing “just enough” specific details so that we can better understand, what we’d need to know and expect to live there; neighborhoods, rent, utilities, the cultural context of gentrification vs. local, safety, basic cafe costs, modest dining, local stores, transportation costs, arts, health, parks, weather, excursions… all things I’d want and need to know!!! Keep up your fantastic work!!! 👏🏽 ❤ 🤩
Love CDMX, but it can be overwhelming, even being a Spanish native speaker. But I love spending a few days there and walk, and go to museums, events, etc.💚🤍❤️
Wonderful video and great tour of a vibrant, beautiful and very international city on the level of the US or Europe but at an affordable price. I learned a lot from you. Greetings from Los Angeles
Your video is very informative. However those neighborhoods are very expensive for US or Mexican citizens alike. You should have recommended Del Valle, Napoles, Coyoacán and many others that are quite beautiful and not that expensive.
La Cuidad is gorgeous , but it's so big (19 million people!) I really did perfer Puerto Vallarto (which has it's own gentrification issues). It's smaller, with a beautiful coastline and still had access to workspace with high speed internet.
Sure, if you’re happy living amongst ignorant toothless magas. Half of which have either a meth or oxy habit. Some maybe have an addiction to Trump’s drug of choice-Aderall.
Your video is awesome. So useful. Thank you for making it.

I'm glad you found the video helpful! I am so happy to help.
Another great video. Very interesting the way you compare the neighborhoods and prices. Thank you.
La guía para gentrificar mejor, que belleza 😍
Excellent video 👌

@@gerardoluna9682 Thanks for sharing your recommendation. I may make another video in the future and show some examples in those neighborhoods.
23:18, my home town. Thank you, new subscriber here.
I like Mexico 🇲🇽
Thanks for sharing
If the crime settles i plan on visiting more or moving there
Thank you
Do you have a link to the place you did the home tour?
👏👏👏👏
Mexico city was founded by Aztecs, not spanish !! The Aztecs, or Mexica people, founded Mexico City in 1325 as the city of Tenochtitlan:
I was going to comment the same!
Is this re-upload?
It's not easy renting in Mexico. That's why people use Airbnb. But Airbnbs will be totally regulated soon.
Your pricing is a bit cheap than what it really is but with the good exchange rate will still pan out well for dollars.

What is your favorite place?
Gracias por gentrificarnos, gringos.
Immigrants
immigrants, not expats 🙄
Don't know why you keep calling everyone expats, we are actually Immigrants to Mexico. So get used to the term
One can live in the Great U S of A for one half of that, if you own your own home.
Probably in some small town of mississippi

lol not in California
Lol, I forgot to leave out the Great "Socialist" State of CA, my bad 😉😉😉.
Maybe a small town in Mississippi may suit you. Try it, you may find your dream home, live & fulfill more than you've EVER dreamed of 😅😅😅.
way too expensive for what it is. Give me KL any day.
KL?
@@MexicobeanpoleKuala Lumpur. It’s way better for half this price and you won’t get kidnapped.
@@RevRadioJoe so much ignorance in your comment. Get a college degree
@gerardoluna9682
With all due respect, a college degree does not guarantee you are ignorant free. Merci
