I once had this experience navigating a Main Menu page on the website. But I think the problem was on my end, because it happened on a few other occasions before it finally resolved itself.
I gave up on Ruffle and went with a Flash debugger and just watched Homestar on RUclips. 2 years and I don't even notice any major improvements with Ruffle.

It got broken from the Ruffle Emulator. I'm not entirely sure what they did, I just know that now the website now runs on the ruffle project so glitches are bound to happen.
