- These are my absolute must have mods for Royal Enfield Continental GT 650! Tell me what are your thoughts in the comment below and what else you think I should do?
All these modifications are simple and can be done with simple tools and a little bit of brains and common sense.
I do service the bike myself as well. its very simple to change the oil and oil filter but there are other things to do as well.

Did that make much difference?
@@theradiantchild hi, yes to my understanding it definitely helped and brakes feel more comfortable. Rear brake not so much but I think that was my error for not checking the oil levels
This morning I had no idea humans could fall in love with a bike. Now I can't get this sound out of my head.
Addictive bro!! 🥰🥰
fair play you did a great job with the rear lights, the silencers are gorgeous and what a sound, well done
Stunning bike!!! You have done an amazing job with your Continental, I have a 2019 chrome Interceptor that I am slowly replacing parts with upgrades, so much fun. These Royal Enfield's are just the best bikes!!
What a great revew! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
GREAT idea with the poly carb! Simple yet classy. Nice mods man
Thank you man! It’s so simple to make yourself. And I intend to find something more brighter that I can replace later in the year

Thank you bro! I will try to do something shoot
For some reason i find this video very pleasing

The rear light setup really finishes the rear end
Thank you so much!! It really does look good and it makes it complete in my eyes
It's 🔥 🔥 🔥
Just picked up a 73 plate in the UK with chrome tank and had some ideas of what I wanted to do…. Got new pipes and filter on the way, I’ve already cleaned up the tail myself. Your looks and sounds amazing brother. I’m no copy cat but some very nice mods there and great inspiration to carry on with my own. Ride safe 👌🏻
Thank you bro!! I have actually put a chrome tank on mine now 🙈 it looks incredible!!
Your tank looked great but I do love the chrome and bet it looks good on your bike to be fair. Keep on sharing any more improvements, your bike is 👌🏻
@@theanimojiguy2630 thank you so much!! I will clean it and make a new video once the weather ups a little bit.

Awesome mods dude! Btw what’s the song in the background it’s quite calming?
It’s just a random one found on @artlist
Awesome looking bike dude!!! Does anyone know the end pipe part? Great video
Great bike, I wish i could the same on my RE CGT650... lucky you are to be in UK for such modifications... In Germany, this is another story...
The parts are quite easy to get hold of I think most of the parts I got from hitchcocks motorcycles (I think they do shipping) plus have you heard of baak? They got some incredible kits for the bikes! Check it out!
@@wolfgetmedia3064 I know all these platforms, but in Germany, any parts which is not TUV approved cannot be installed and police is often controlling bikes. Only way, to do it is to register all these parts into bike registration document which has a high cost (would not make sense for a royal enfield bike...) Anyways, we cant have everything, for the time being, it is enough for me to watch other guys and imagine how my bike would look like hahahhaa Cheers man!
You pipe is amazing 👏
Thank you so much! ❤
Ahhh Blissful ❤❤
Very nicely shot, and the rear especially looks amazing! No need to have the number plate illuminated in the UK?
Tiny gripe. The music, too loud ,-)
Beautyfull Bike❤
Looks like the Norman Hyde slip on exhaust that I have on mine
Nice❤❤❤ and whats the baground music
I just bought the 2022 RE Continental GT650 Dux Deluxe and I've already ordered the TEC 2-1 STINGER exhaust and the rear shorty hoop. Can't stand the rear fender stuff they do out of factory on bikes. Nice bike!
that's the way!!! love ittt
Hi! Great video.
The pipes link? Thanks
How did you install the mirrors on the bar-end indicators? They don’t seem compatible as is.
Not to much nor to less simply clean af mods
Some fuel management or at a minimum a booster plug is a good idea with a high flow filter and straight through exhaust.
I think you are right I’ll have a look into it
Great mod. Rear lighting is awesome. Can the GT handlebar raised a bit for touring more comfy position. Is there a aftermarket part available, pls advise. Thanks
So there is the interceptor t stem and bar you can opt in for Turing I would recommend.
I have done several similar mods. I agree, those pipe sound amazing. I have the same ones but still with the stock header pipes.
Here is the list of changes I have made that have stayed on the bike. Did not bother to list those that I have since removed/discarded.
Single Seat Rider - 1770009/B
Single Seat Cowl, Black Magic - KXH0011/A
Tall Flyscreen Kit - 1710010/B - I removed the metal plate in front. I like the looks of just the tinted flyscreen.
Bar End Mirror Kit - 1720005/A
Machined Swingarm Bobbin Kit - 1760109/C
Machined Front Reservoir Cap Black - 1720032/E
Center Stand Kit (this is the one from the INT650, turned out to be a direct fit for the GT) - 1915500/A
Aluminum Sump Guard - 1760111/B - that I modified the front mounting bracket so that I could get the oil filter out without having to also remove/loosen the bracket
Machined Oil Filler Cap Silver - 1740014/E
Fork Gaiter Kit (rubber protectors) - 1990405
RSU Finisher for rear shocks - 1990445 - These were the most expensive black washers I have ever purchaed, lol.
Installed XPEL clear protective film on the back of the tank where a belt or the zipper from the jacket might touch.
Replaced all factory relays with better quality units. Great feedback on this from this forum. Ordered the Panasonic units from here: Mouser Electronics
Remove rear grab bar/handle.
Installed Grip Puppy Comfort Grips. Not fancy but very comfortable.
Remove rear passenger foot pegs. My wife prefers to ride her own bike as she does not trust her life riding as a passenger with me. So no need for those
Remove rear mud guard extensions and installed rubber plugs in the holes left behind
Replaced front cross brace for a stronger and better looking CNC machined one made by a fellow forum member
Replaced front fender with a polished stainless steel unit
Replaced rear fender with black unit
RAM phone holder with mount on unused right mirror mounting hole
Replaced tag/license plate holder
Installed different tail light. But want to replace with higher visibility alternative. Brighter LEDs
Replaced Rear Brake Fluid Reservoir with a Triumph Speed Triple black anodized reservoir...
Saddles bags - I had some SW-Motech Blaze saddlebags with brackets from my Triumph. I thought it would be nice to be able to use those again.
Motogadget m-Blaze Disc Bar End LED Turn Signals - these lights are amazing! Super bright.
Aftermarket black and polished brake and clutch levers
Modified rear cowl by using the empty space inside the seat cowl to store rarely used tools. The Eastbound tire changing kit, patches, valve cores, etc. is stored in there now.
Custom made oil wrench with Royal Enfield logo... I was bored...
Black vinyl applied to the shocks reservoirs. Did not like the gold.
EMGO Cafe Mufflers Chrome 80-84032 - Much lighter than stock units. Only drawback is that they are loud.
Motone aluminum Cafe Racer emblems. To me, they just look cool. Secured them with rivets to the side covers as the double face tape that comes with it was not strong enough to hold them in place with the curvature of the side covers.
Modified shift and rear brake levers... put holes in them. You know, to make the bike faster while also looking cool.
Hitchcocks Fork Spring Pre-Load Adjusters
Replaced keyed fuel cap with a Monza setup. Using a MON25X and a COLA25 from B.A.T. Inc.
Made adapter cable to use Autel Scanner to read and clear any engine codes.
Installed the Air Injection Delete kit from Hitchcock Motorcycles.
Installed the CNC machined top yoke from Riga Billet Parts. I just love the looks.
Because of the wait, Riga sent me CNC machined end caps for the rear adjusters.
Replaced Front Pads with: EBC Front Brake Pads FA209/2HH
Replaced Rear Pads with: EBC Rear Brake Pads FA213HH
Tripmachine toolbag in tobacco. Stores all the additional tools I like to carry.
Tubeless tires conversion using 3M tape and 290 Loctite
Replaced stock tires with Bridgestone Battlax BT46 Sport Touring Tires
Replaced stock headlight with Super Meteor 650 LED headlight
Replaced stock clutch and seat release cables with Venhill cables
Installed USB dual port (fork mounted) from Hitchcocks
Replaced defective ignition switch
MK Shorty Tail Kit - stored away in case I want to do that modification in the future
Adapters (made by a fellow forum member) for larger rotor and caliper - stored away in case I want to do that modification in the future
Several factory spare parts just for peace of mind. Also have better wheel bearings (NSK Japan) for when the stock ones start acting up.
bro you haven't got a GT Conti anymore! lol what an incredible list of upgrades man! I appreciate you sending me the list of all the upgrades! I will deffo look into it! I would really enjoy seeing the photos of your bike! hit me up on Insta @wolfget.media or email info@wolfgetmedia.co.uk Much love!
I'd like to see some photos as well!

Hey! Amazing mods man. How do you fix the polycarb apparatus into the slot sonthat it sits tight?
Used an adhesive tape for now. Just used a stronger one that’s all
Well done with the bike, mate! I am working on mine as well. Is the rear tire still at 18 inch?
Yeah still 18 inch just bigger tyre
Hi! Awsome bike! What did you do with the licence plate holder?
so, I took it off original. www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07JJ6VW1V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 used this bracket that I had laying around. secured it by using simple screws and cable ties
Hi can u tell me where u buy the end pipes from if u dont know the name please
Can you share the source from where you got those exhausts??
those tyres look great, would you be able to put a link of where they are from?
Hi Buddy, I don't think they make the Battax BT41 this. version anymore you'll have to get the newer models which I have done now. and they ride nice!
👍👍👍👍👍👍
very nice, I'd file the ends of poly tail light so it has wedge shape at the end > not square ]
Hmmm I will take a look at that shape on the next version of the light I make. I think it’s a great ifea

did you replace the tubes when you replaced the tires? What size tube did you use if you did. Great looking bike!
I did not replace the tubes, Using the factory ones :)
lovely..id much prefer that over say an R6 ... that has more character and less chance of getting a speeding fine... bikes for the everyman the RE .... nice one
Thank you man! Absolutely is! But be prepared to make it your own. It takes effort and time not much money but definitely time and effort
Hi Wolfget, I've got your same Continental GT and I like a lot the exhaust pipes tha you've bought. Where did you buy them? Thanks a lot 🙂
I got them second hand from Facebook and there is no branding on them
can you share the link where I can find this side tank pad? I am not so sure if I found the correct one...
I think it’s these www.ebay.co.uk/itm/195516042769?mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&campid=5338365712&toolid=20006&customid=EB151968420&amdata=enc%3A1IS88kabgSp62mS3jq_X7_g64&_trkparms=ispr%3D1
Ur exhaust pipe brand name please
I was wondering, what is the brand of the tank knee pads? Thank You
Hi, they are generic from eBay if you search for the bike name and knee pads they should come up. Make sure you pick the right ones
Which camera u are using 🙄
And back here in india people are installing backrest and handle bar risers on gt 🤣
It makes me sad!! 😂😂 I thought people had style!
backrest I've done too, total odo 18000kms, out of which 12500kms clocked for touring only, through all terrains, and my wife as a pillion.
Style matters, but how many of you are using gt for touring also ?
I'm not going to fetch a different bike for touring, only GT650
If u wanted bike for touring u have meteor, super meteor, interceptor why gt and ruin it look
People are doing that to Interceptor, not GT.
@@adityaroy6337which one did you go with? My gf won't get on the bike without a backrest
How was the install for the bar end indicators? I would love to do them while simultaneously cleaning up the front headlight situation but I don't have much experience with drilling (through the handlebar) and electrical work.
Bike overall is so clean. I use a solo seat so I don't think I'll do the same thing you did on the back end with lighting, I'm still figuring out what I wanna do there (Not thinking I wanna do a tail chop either). Love it man.
Well I didn't have any experience with drilling but i ended up making sure that I had the right drill bit. So, use proper drill bits and you'll be ok. Use a little bit of DW40 on the spot.
the spot I would recommend to use would be the one right below the hole for the switches. when you loosen everything up and slide the switches you'll see there's a top hole on the handle bar to keep the switches in line and secure. I used this hole and drilled right below it to pass the wires through. this meant that I could hide the wires coming out of the bike into and you don't need to drill anything else. use a good quality wire heat srink. I would also keep a few motorbike fuses incase there is a brake in the wires. sometimes it happens. (remember to buy a flasher relay)
Too bad they don't idle slower, it would sound pretty nice. It does look good though.
extract that bloody music ... sounds like somewhere in the Supermarket !
lol 😂 thank you for your comment x I will take care next time x
Cool amateur video. I enjoyed the real life testimony without all the editing. Ride safe!

I have the interceptor with the DNA air filter and back to back I can't notice any difference from the stock one. 👍🏴
@@aladinfox4098 hey! Where shoot are you from in wales?! I’m newport based.
Soo it depends on how much you have driven the bike and wear in. I noticed the difference with just the air filter but the straight though exhausts really opens up the bike. Cracking deal on the exhausts! Literally lucky 🍀
