Most likely straight up raw garlic. I watched another one of their videos where they had the same reaction and mentioned it’s rawness. Maybe some companies blanch theirs before the pickling process to minimise the pungency of its raw state.
Just realized I LOVE garlic stuffed green olives. Even though I like the green olives, it the garlic I really want. I have no idea where to get the garlic alone. Anyone here know?

I used to love olive my pickles. They went to riverside market in Jacksonville and I would always get some but we had to move away over 7 years ago and they changed the names plus I forgot what I got over the years.

Think it's more so the brine doesn't get on your fingers and your hands get messy
