So with the fan, is it a universal push/pull fan or just a pull fan? I've got a 16" push/pull and I was told all I'd need to do is switch the wiring around to use is as a pull fan, so the red is ground and black is positive.. Or would I need to turn the blade over as well do you think
Should be puller always. As your driving, wind is blowing thru your bumper and grill. If you have it set as pusher your fighting against the wind. Also pulling vs pushing helps to evacuate hot engine bay heat thru underneath your car.
@@juanm2188 most cars that have ac don't have room to put a fan between radiator and condenser. From engine bay my honda prelude goes twin 12" mishimoto radiators a full size radiator( I had my turbo manifold built so I could keep power steering ac and full radiator), then ac condenser then intercooler than power steering cooler.

Did you figure out what the springs are for? Have same kit 🤔
@@HQTrackdays yes. Cable ties, springs, then all other parts installed
You are an angel. Thank you!
My kit has four small springs. Where should they go or are they not necessary?

Thank you for this video. I'm installing my fan today 👍
I have an 84 gmc,c1500 half ton truck what size fan do I need.
Isn't the fan suppose to sit flat on radiator to pull maximum amount of air? I noticed you put those grommets between fan and radiator
venomwagon to avoid the fins vibrating against the fan and potential shave/ break it
@@chrisasaurus Needs to sit flat or air, looking for the easiest route, will escape. 101
how you do it if radiator is already on car
remove the radiator
Can you access both sides of the radiator, if so you're all set.
which is better? push or pull configuration?
Gilbert Alexander Tan depends on your application, I use a pusher fan on my swapped e30.

@@HaileyLove42 If you have it set as a pusher then you would put it in front of the radiator.
