窗户
有个太太住在一个安静的豪宅里，她常常从窗外看着对面的邻居在做什么。她对邻居很有意见，每次有朋友来拜访她，她就会忍不住指着窗外抱怨：“哎呀，那个对面的女人真懒，衣服每次都洗不干净，还敢拿出来晾在外面，衣服上还有斑点呢！真是丢脸啊！”太太的朋友们也跟着嘲笑对面的女人，连洗衣服这么简单的事都做不好。
一天，这位太太的闺蜜小玲来访，小玲刚一进门，太太就迫不及待拉着小玲到窗边，指着窗外说：“小玲你看，对面的懒女人又来了！你看她洗的衣服是不是还是脏的？上面还有斑点呢！”
小玲眯起眼睛，仔细端详了几秒，微笑说：“嗯？你确定是她的问题吗？”太太不解地看着小玲。小玲不慌不忙地从包里掏出一条手帕，走到窗前开始擦窗。小玲把窗上的灰尘擦干净后，再请太太看看对面的衣服。太太惊讶地发现，那些曾经被她嫌弃的衣服竟然洗得洁白无瑕。
小玲笑着说：“看来问题不在于她的衣服，而是你的窗户太脏了。”
三个简单的问题：
1. 太太为什么总是抱怨邻居的衣服？
2. 小玲做了什么来解决太太的困惑？
3. 最后太太发现真正的问题是什么？
There was a lady who lived in a quiet mansion, and she often watched what her neighbor across the street was doing through the window. She had a lot of complaints about the neighbor, and whenever friends came to visit, she couldn’t help but point out the window and complain: "Oh dear, that woman across the street is so lazy! Every time she washes her clothes, they’re still dirty, yet she dares to hang them outside. There are still stains on the clothes! It's so embarrassing!" Her friends would also laugh at the woman across the street, saying she couldn't even manage something as simple as washing clothes.
One day, the lady’s close friend Xiaoling came to visit. As soon as Xiaoling entered the door, the lady eagerly pulled her to the window and pointed outside, saying: "Xiaoling, look, that lazy woman across the street is at it again! Look at her clothes, aren’t they still dirty? There are still stains on them!"
Xiaoling squinted her eyes, studied for a few seconds, and smiled: "Hmm? Are you sure it’s her problem?" The lady looked at Xiaoling, confused. Xiaoling calmly pulled a handkerchief from her bag, walked to the window, and began wiping the window. After she cleaned the dust off the window, she invited the lady to look at the clothes again. The lady was shocked to find that the clothes she once criticized were now spotless and pristine.
Xiaoling smiled and said: "It seems the problem isn’t her clothes, but that your window is too dirty."
Three simple questions:
1. Why did the lady always complain about her neighbor's clothes?
2. What did Xiaoling do to solve the lady’s confusion?
3. What did the lady realize was the real problem in the end?

太太有问题不是别人的问题。
她连洗衣服都做不好
This is an interesting grammatical construction.
When 连 means "even", it must be followed by a noun.
A "pure" verb (called "infinitive") can function as a noun.
In this case, it's 洗衣服.
However, a negated verb cannot function as a noun.
So, the negated verb comes after 都.
Sometimes the negated verb is the same as the "pure" verb.
For example : 他连看都没看 = "He didn't even look"
This can look very unusual, if you're not used to it.

是因为对面的邻居好懒，衣服每次都洗不干净。
窗户胀了。
皮肤上的 “黑痣” 叫 mole。
但是 mole 也可能是 “鼹鼠” 这个动物。

我觉得 “掏出” 有英文 fish out 的意思。
因为看不到东西的原处，所以跟钓鱼似的。
