    Hi. I am new to using RUclips, can I see the recipes and timings etc for each of your videos please? And is there an easy way of what you are cooking in each episode. I have watched so many lately and I cannot remember which recipe is in which!! Thanks

      Hi, this video is a combination of recipes but they are all individually posted on my channel for a longer more in depth version. These videos also show the quantities and ingredients in the description.
      In the family meals (combo) videos if you look in the description below there are links to the individual recipes. You can save videos to watch again /watch later so that you can return to them if this helps.
      I think this is what you are asking and hopefully that makes sense. Please message back if you can’t find what you need. I can always send you links if needed. Susannah

    I have just discovered your channel and watched almost every video! I just bought the Ninja 15 in 1 and this is the best channel for recipes. Thank you for all your effort. I bought this as we eat a lot of takeaways as we work long and late hours and we lack time and effort by the end of the day. I would love to see more easy, full meals in one pot videos. The salmon and beef were great examples. I bought this machine hoping I could make easy, one pot meals that are quick with varied meal options. I am not great at designing meals so will be here for inspiration

      Thanks for watching!! I will definitely be making more one pot meals going forward. I love the pressure cooked pasta meals for fast easy dinners. Lots to come in 2024. Happy new to you

      If you don’t mind me asking, I am looking to cook my first meal tonight. I’ve looked for recipes on here and Facebook and can’t find this one. I was originally cooking this before I bought the Ninja but thought it might be a good one to try. I want to cook chicken stuffed with Bousin cheese and wrapped in prosciutto. Then new potatoes and broccoli florets. Can I do this in steam meals?

      Hi, Yes you definitely can. I would do this on steam meals as you have suggested. Potatoes with stock or water in the bottom of the pot, broccoli wrapped in foil with a little water inside so it steams and doesn't go too crispy, put this on the middle rack. Add your chicken to the top of the rack and use the probe in the thickest past of the chicken. Use probe on preset CHICKEN and it will cook until it reaches the perfect temperature. Then if the potatoes aren't soft enough you can always rest the chicken and let these continue cooking. If you need the chicken crispier on the outside you can always flip to Air fry for a short time but I think it should be good.@@leighfoster417

      @@susannahskitchen sorry last question. How much stock would you put in? 500ml? I will be cooking for 4 people

      Hi, it's 250ml minimum. If you are discarding the liquid and not using it as a sauce then it doesn't really matter. I'd make sure the potatoes are sitting in enough liquid. It's the steam created that will do the cooking not the liquid they are sitting in. This is my knowledge anyway, hopefully I'm telling you right. @@leighfoster417

    Hi, silly queswtion coming! Do you have the vent open or closed for the steam functions? Thanks 😊

    • @susannahskitchen
      @susannahskitchen  10 месяцев назад +1

      It’s not silly at all I originally thought it needed to be sealed but actually for any steam functions you don’t use it at all. The vent is purely for pressure cooking only

      Hi, I've had these a long time so not sure the exact ones are sold anymore. These are a good option from Amazon as lots of reviews and very similar - amzn.to/41n25KJ
