this was so lovely! spent today doing some reading/writing, sewing, and scrapbooking that I really wanted to focus on for my postgrad summer. Have had a whirlwind of a month constantly hanging with friends, visiting a high school pal in San Francisco, graduation festivities, etc. I've been so anxious about not working on my art so def related to this!!! what a good yet strange problem to have :')
Ok Moya I never comment but I need to say this now - I'm six minutes into the video and I relate to what you are saying SO MUCH! I've been out a lot recently, meeting new people, hanging out with friends, eating out, not having enough time to work out or do things I usually love doing (journaling, reading, being creative, ...) and while it's fun to go out it's been taking a toll on my mental health. I've been having panic attacks after drinking and it's SO EXHAUSTING and I need to get back into a routine and find a balance between going out and looking after myself
