Robert Alejandro has been my idol since childhood. I used to watch Probe Team and Art Iskool. Like him, I love art-and, like him, I’ve struggled with depression for much of my life. Every day, I feel like giving up. But only now do I realize, as he said, that if I keep myself busy, the depression will ease.
Watching this brings about the same pain that so many felt that moment when we found out that he has left us to join the angels where he rightfully belongs. Robert shall be so badly missed but his life will be forever celebrated.

Kuya Robert was a constant companion of my kids during the pandemic when he would teach kids art online. Saddened with his passing.
