  • We take a tour of the features of the new Cruise harness from Skywalk Paragliders with Arne Wehrlin and Gerhard Holzner. It's a seatboard harness that includes Skywalk's unique Permair inflatable back-protection system. They also announced the X-Alps 5 - their Red Bull X-Alps paraglider - will be released very soon.

Very interesting stuff. I´d love to see the general brands invest in some media and language training for their representative staff. I think its fair to say, this is hard to follow and anything but an exciting presentation of new products and technologies. Thanks to cross country magazine thought for recording and sharing this and making it worthwhile with some professional journalism and usefull questions during the takes. √

This looks like a great harness. Unfortunately the skywalk team didn’t do themselves any favors on the presentation. To me it looks like it gives you the comfort and protection of a full size harness but also is compact for travel and possibly hike and fly.

I am that pilot who doesn't like pod harnesses. ✌️

same. I need a new harness and trying to figure out which ones work. I want light, and pack up small when I need it to be.
