Yes. It might cost more but it gives you an edge over the basic unit only. And sometimes buyers do not want to go on doing the hassles by themselves. Another valuable tips. Thanks Richard !
For rental purposes, how much is the rent difference between standard upon turnover vs interior designed/renovated unit? Would you suggest to fully furnish the unit? What would you supply to your renters in terms of appliances and furniture, if not fully furnished?
Hi Richard, I watched this video and you gave a lot of details on construction cost. However, you didn't give emphasis on the detail of "Design Works" and cost, which is so important before proceeding any relevant construction works.
Very insightful! I just have a question: I recently got 2 one-bedroom units which is at preselling stage and was planning to combine them. I was planning to ask the developer to not build the wall between them. When would be the best time for me to communicate about with the developer ? Also, would it be possible to request for it to be turned over bare shell if I'm planning to it interior designed? Is that even possible? Looking forward to your response. Thanks in advance!
My condo (Uptown Arts, 58.5 sqm, 1 BR Executive, on 23rd floor) will be turned over next year, 2025 around Sept. Will your pricing from this video pretty much remain the same?
Yes, even not to put wall partition. The rule is you must request this before the building can construct the specific floor. So this will be granted if you are early
Hi! We’re you walking/jogging at Greenfield district/Unilab area last night? Spotted you but was not sure if it was you & was shy to ask haha! Was hoping for a photo with you! 😊

Have you already talked with an agent there?
