I am very happy to say you guys are great to bring the endless possibilities(in terms of tracking,where apple lets us down.) to FCPX community..but no surface tracker!!! ..that feels kind of sad and ditched..as a person who per-ordered the product..surface tracker is also essential to all of us(for the price.$199 is not small price for sure)..please provide solution to that..yes .you may be thinking it as different product(I do agree with your product planning.its developers choice..)..but my humble request is make it available when your campaign and ads says it has endless possibilities...surface tracker should be included in this.but sadly you guys are very silent about it..
The Surface Tracker is very important to us and we thought we will be able to push it sooner than 3d tracker, however, Apple's Silicon roadmap changed EVERYTHING for every single developer and we had to postpone it. It still in the works, but we have no ETA for it yet.
Hey, i brought the plugin and was so excited about it.. but every time i press track i get this 'Unable to find remote plugin for sessionID' ,nothing i can do to make it work...
It must be fcp 10.5 or motion 5.5
@@SeedCreative cheers dude! I updated to big sur and assumed fcp would update automatically! Plugin works so far and is looking great! (although my 32gb macbook pro 15" is finding it pretty difficult), maybe it's more for higher spec mac users

Is it possible to Export the Tracking Data?
How is this done at 0:39, she runs into the balls, and effect the physics, how?
Using the throw movement in motion and also the built in tracker on motion as well.

Can you track a moving object with this plugin? Say a car driving along a windy road and you want to attach a drop zone to the car itself, not the environment. I love the one click simplicity of this plugin, but I haven’t seen anyone demonstrate tracking a moving object yet and was wondering if this was within the product’s capabilities.
I bought it yesterday By the way, can I apply it only to videos taken with a 3D camera? Is it impossible to film with a regular cell phone?

Masking needs to be done manually. The plugin take cares of the camera movement, not masking.

By any chance somebody know if *mHUD 3* can work with M1 Silicon but "through Rosetta"? I know in fact is not compatible yet. But Idk if maybe through Rosseta....
From what I've heard, only mO2 doesn't work with Rosetta, everything else does.
To use that plugin do I need a MacBook pro or air is ok?

So I have all the tracking plugins but if I get a MacBook pro with m1 chip none of those older plugins work as I spent all my money on them. Now you want me to buy another plugin for $300?! Seems a little ridiculous. Why can't the people that bought plugins before get a discount on this new plugin???

@@chrisonaguilar It’s a Tracker plugin so the export time or playback time are the same like without any plugin. Tracking time depends on the length of the clip, the number of fps, etc.
