@@innocentgirl7853Sidhu workout or running for at least 1 hour. At least 50-60 gm of protein in the diet. try to eat fewer carbs. Our Indian food has a lot of carbs such as paranthas, cheese, butter etc.
I never tried but I heard intermittent fasting gives good result too.

If obesity is cause by some medical condition it should be addressed and straving oneself to loose wight should be discouraged. And definition of beauty should not be the motivation to become fit.
