Well played! I noticed you have a beautiful Antonelli on the shelf. Will you have any videos playing it? I have the same box in GC I love all of your videos
Thanks. In fact, it is the Antonelli on that shelf that is yours right now. Great box. 😎 I swapped it for another box with a friend. He sold it through an accordion shop and you bought it from there. I know since I read your Melnet post.
Beautiful piece, beautifully played. I have been trying to learn from this video, but you seem to be able to do things with your bass buttons that I can't do with mine. Can you tell me what is the bass layout on your Castagnari?
Certainly. This DG box has swe/no standard 21/8 layout. Only the key differs for a GC box (hence, one plays identically on a GC box with the same layout, different key).
Looked like some crazy back and forth on the bellows, great job! Lovely tune!
Another beautiful rendition. What a lovely tune, with some gorgeous basses. I'm at my computer learning this by ear (as well as Norsk Dans).
detto :)
A wonderful tune and the bass is very impressive
Well played. Good bellow work. Almost every note is well articulated.
I cant leave from your videos

That is absolutely wild! 😂. Yes I bought it through Dr Accordion in Holland. I LOVE this box. Knowing it used to be yours makes for a great story!
Seems not so easy to play ... Wonderful
The song reminds me of a scandinavian folk song I have heard before, norwegian or swedish diatonic accordion. I just don't remember the name
Correct. There are several Scandinavian folk songs with similar melodies, using similar note sequences and 2/4 tempo.
What a Lovely sound, with a full Bass and very good playing off course. Could you please tell me what brand your accordion is and which Key tuned.
Thanks.
It's a Castagnari Niko DG (this info is in the video description).

Thanks. Standard 8-bass layout, including thirds. Key F/Bb.
Bravo 👏 superb 🎉
I like so much your way of playing....! Do you organize diatonique courses?
Thanks. It might be possible futurewise. You can contact me on facebook PM.
The bass pattern its very similar to cumbia ❤
Do you think this is doable on a CG melodeon?
Certainly. This DG box has swe/no standard 21/8 layout. Only the key differs for a GC box (hence, one plays identically on a GC box with the same layout, different key).
