Thank you, great questions! 1) After a week it's okay to put your head under the shower, we recommend a gentle stream. 2) You have to be careful for 3 weeks - after that you can put on a hat or use a water-based sunscreen to protect your scalp from sunburn. 3) It depends. If it gets stuffy under the hat it's best to take it off, and you can put it back on after a couple of minutes. 4) Minoxidil and Procapil increase the blood flow so the follicles receive more nutrition. Once you stop using them, the hair follicles won't get the increased blood flow and nutrients, so you will likely notice increased hair fall.
