- THATS HUGE! Created to be impossible! Today we face off against the worlds biggest Nashville hot chicken sandwich at Pete's Chicken Shack! This spicy chicken sandwich challenge had only a 30 minute time limit and a $80 ish price tag. Yes fried chicken sandwich weighed upwards of 10 pounds, featured pickles, macaroni and cheese, bacon, lots of spicy fried chicken, all on a giant brioche bun! We are in San Antonio Texas trying to beat this undefeated food challenge (a texas sized food challenge). Cheesy, spicy, fried chicken. How can you go wrong? Kings Hawaiian is great! But brioche isn’t a bad choice either! This sandwich is unusual! The max and cheese, bacon , comeback sauce and pickles that cut through the comeback sauce keep the flavor profile interesting! The spicy flavors added to the fried crispy chicken is another great addition! Joel you certainly make the challenges fun and interesting . I’m impressed that you saved the Mac and cheese! It does look rich and filling. But if anyone can complete the challenge, it’s Joel the king of food competitions. Taking off your glove in the beginning,to make your video experience better , was so amazing. The food looks amazing.

When you eat a bun, it’s most like “normal eaters” eat. Let me explain. When you eat for challenge’s, you chew a lot with your front teeth. When you eat a big bun, your forced to take a lot of big bites, showing us the normal eater Joel 😊
