Her name is Glennis Grace from the Netherlands, and she has already a career for over 20 years, if you want to see 64.000 people go nuts, check out the yt video called, 15 toppers in concert 2016, whitney houston tribute medley, there she even holds a note for 20 seconds, just amazing!!!

I heard Amanda Cole's cover before I heard Glennis'........Much different arrangement than Bon Jovi's (It's his song)
Glennis' arrangement is almost identical to Amanda's. Glennis recorded this song on an album a few years back, which was before Amanda's cover.....So, I think it must have been a copied arrangement from Glennis. Both brillant. Love them both.
Amanda does mention AMSTERDAM in an article so perhaps she knows Glennis or knows of Glennis. Amanda Cole did sing with the R & B supergroup EnVogue.

Haha, you were clearly not prepared to experience the best version ever of this song. Because you needed a lot of words in not wanting to admit that ms. Graces performance overshadowed the also beautiful cover of Amanda Cole in all aspects of vocal quality.
