Mike Bury I wish. My dad didn’t think it was necessary. I’m a 13 year old junior. I use m6 irons taylormade. M6 driver, m2 Hybrid, and spider tour putter
No I'm still playing my cheap starting set. I've already determined I am going to start lessons in the spring and then get fully fitted. Love the videos definitely inspires me to get better.
Loved the video, Mike. I run into two problems with club fittings. 1.) I'm a bit afraid of the cost. 2.) I have an elbow joint defect that doesn't allow me to fully straighten my arms and I'm not confident a fitter or a coach would know what to do with me.
I did a full bag fitting with True Spec and it was a great experience. I had the same excitement you can see all over her face in anticipation of getting the clubs. Getting back to the game after 13 year break with the random round here and there and I'm already back down to a 7. First time with custom fit clubs and it's a drastic difference.

I have never been fit for clubs in 25 years playing. I do however know what works and feels right for me. Currently play to a 6 handicap from the tips at all courses. As a younger man i carried a 2 handicap. And played a lot successful amateur golf. Maybe this year I will look into a TSG fitting around me. Your channel is a great watch. I would be so excited to find out all my sticks are already suited for my game. That would help justify all the tinkering and reading I have done over the years. Thanks. Cheers
I got fitted for a full bag at True Spec Golf in Dallas, Tx and I loved it!!! I have to save some money in order to get my new clubs but it will be worth it. Driver Callaway Epic Flash, 3 Wood Callaway Epic Flash Sub Zero, 4 Hybrid Callaway Big Bertha, Callaway Apex 19 5-Gw, 54, 58, 60 degree Callaway MD5 Jaws.
I’m getting a big signing bonus that will be put towards new clubs I wanna get fitting but I don’t like any of the places near me for fitting. I was fitted for them. Looking into where to get fitted for now
Hi Mike, love the video. From NZ and wonder if you know any fitters in Nz that is not focused on 1 brand? been fitted years ago and want to upgrade with an open mind, half the people here dont want to go through a fitting unless you are comitted to purchase wich is a worry for me if its not going to be a game changer
Hard to tell from the video, but maybe her ball position is a little too far back on the driver? Looks like her AOA is just barely above level. Getting that to 3-4 degrees up I’m guessing would help increase her distance as long as the strike remains the same. Hard to believe she’s only swinging ~75mph. Certainly looks like she’s quicker than that.
@@zach3328 yeah but I was led to believe that fitting also adjust shaft length and stuff to help you get more consistency and stuff and it wasn't just about getting more distance / control?
I wish we all had access to someone as professional and looking for the interest of the golfer. Is there a recommendation of someone in Charlotte,NC like that?
It's a calculation between clubhead speed and ball speed. Trackman doesn't always perfectly read the swing speed so occasionally its possible to have the swing speed read a bit lower than actual and although the ball speed is accurate when you divide the two that can give you over 1.5 occasionally
Have you been fit for the clubs you are using right now?

Driver Cobra F9 12 degree head loft down -1.5 to 10.5
Ping G410 5 wood 17.5 degrees
Irons P790 4 iron- gap wedge.
Great video

This video combines my two favourite types of golf videos, club fittings and the Break series
Wow! Honesty from a club fitter is something you don't see when it's the manufacturer's Club fitters. At least not very often! Great video Mike!
I didn’t even know I wanted this. Thank you!

Would love to hear the results if you end up doing a fitting!
My heart went out to her when she received the news that there was no improvement with a different driver.

She is fine.
nice miura wedges at the end...gotta try those heads out while you're hitting no matter what your handicap

can you be fitted if you cant hit consistently from one shot to the next?
Sim Pedros new clubs won’t fix that. Practice with what you’ve got before you’re trying to get every single stroke lowered

9:30 hahaha I was thinking well his done that before.
By the looks of it this is a great club fitter

Thank you! Check out Jason Sutton in NC.
I’m visiting a true spec in January!
What does a fitting like that cost?
Brooks Payette somewhere between 250-400. They might throw winter discount for a cheaper price
With her strength and good technique, I would have expected her to have higher swing speed and carry distance. As in .... much more distance.
Soon this will be austin
It NEEDS to be Austin lol at least find the guy a PW lol
I thought smash factor had a max of 1.5?
